Yes. If the iNPC is not already approved, it can take up to two weeks to get validated just like a normal account. My iNPC was already approved when I made his account, so it only took about 5 to 10 minutes for me.

Yes. If the iNPC is not already approved, it can take up to two weeks to get validated just like a normal account. My iNPC was already approved when I made his account, so it only took about 5 to 10 minutes for me.

But my normal acount just took 1 day too get aproved!?

Has anyone here joined the Discord? If so, was it down yesterday?

It depends on how busy the staff are. Sometimes it only takes a day, but it can also take up to two weeks.
