No, we are NOT an official dueling club. I think Damion meant to say we are either 'not' an official dueling club, or are an "unofficial dueling club". You do not get any stat points or house points from winning a match. Nor does the 4 day to send in actions/post apply to our club. We are an unofficial dueling club that is separate from the official one. So you do NOT get the rewards you would get if you won an official dueling match. Our rules are different from the official dueling club. The official dueling club only gives you 4 days to post and send in actions. Our club will give you 7 days. Official dueling club is minimum of 50 words per post. Our club is the usual 200+ words per post. Also for official dueling club, your trunks are locked at the start of the duel and you cannot use any spells that were added afterward. For our club, it doesn't matter as it's unofficial.

This is an idea, is it possible that winning a duel here could earn you a star point to use here?

I don't think we can ever give out stat points because we're not an official club that gives those out. Only the top 3 sports give out stat points for wins and they are the main official 3. Only staff can give them out and to get one from winning you have to be part of an official house team. This is why you can only do 1 sport at a time. If you could get stat points from joining unofficial clubs and winning a match there, no one would ever join the official clubs imo. Plus there are waitlisted people on there.

For unofficial clubs you would never have to wait, as everyone who joins will be given a match all the time. Plus it would be OP too. The only way to get stat points is from winning a match in an official club of the main 3. Or upon graduation. There is also a cap limit of how many stat points you can obtain per school year. I believe the cap is 4, including the summer matches.
