A year after Elena's first instance of magic, Elias was called on a mission. Indeed, the Auror department had been observing for months the formation of a new threat to the Wizarding World. Former Voldemort's supporters, who still believed in their ideals, had started to gather in small Muggle villages, causing terror amongst the villagers. When Elias got summoned, a small village in the Northern England had reported an strange attack and building degradation. The Auror department sent Elias and another Auror to investigate. When they arrived, they got caught in the middle of an attack. A group of three dark wizard was there, casting spells and exploding houses. Elias and his friend immediately intervened, trying to save the village. The scene was very confusing, spells flying everywhere. Elias got hit. His body hit the ground with a loud thump, as his friend managed to immobilise the culprits. Guilt struck him, as he had just watched his friend die without being able to do anything.

Their is no auror department, think of aurors as those mercenary experts who work for the highest payee, here the ministry , also aurors are rare . there's not a whole team of them
thus the ministry would ask her father to investigate and it'd make more sense if he goes alone
Two aurors (very strong wizards) dying against just three wanna be death eaters is quite foolish for it to happen
