When role-playing a character putting their name in the goblet, should you write what they put on the card, or can others just kind of infer?

We usually put the contents of the cards in the post.

What exactly are we supposed to put in the "Special Person" section of the card?

A person that is very dear to your character IC (ideally another PC or iNPC).

What if I didn't RP enough to have a very important person to Anastasia? Am I obliged to write something here?

I would try to create a friendship before you place your name. While you won't be chosen (as they are already chosen) it is a step towards character development for you. The goblet is open for a few weeks. We have these activities ongoing for the purpose of getting people talking.
