Hey, you said... The ball opens on every Saturday evening 6 p.m... but I don't think Hogwarts students can go to London during the school year except if they are there on holidays. Even if you make it on the weekend, I don't think we're allowed to go there. Unless you mean it's every Saturday evening during each of the Hogwarts breaks but then it wasn't exactly clear that was what you meant. It sounds like it takes place every Saturday evening all throughout the year.

Here is a list of the schedule for breaks.

Christmas/Winter, Easter and Summer holidays.
Winter (2 weeks) — December, 23-January, 5.
Easter (2 weeks) — March-April (different each year), two weeks of holidays, one on each side of Easter Sunday.
Summer (2 months) — July, 1-August, 31.

Imo I think any day other than Christmas holidays would be more convenient for you. Since Christmas of 2022 was already really full of balls and if yours fell on one of those days, most people wouldn't be able to come to the ball. If you made your ball take place somewhere in Hogwarts, every Saturday evening would work out really well though since a lot of people would probably show up and it would take place before the holidays which means you wouldn't have much competition at all! Just trying to help you out here! Looks great to me though!
