I'd wait on what she has to say before submitting her action as you want to make sure what she wants to do for herself (unless she said before what she wanted to do). However, you can send in your action on your own to avoid getting in actions late. I learned the hard way that if your partner doesn't tell you what action they want to do, you can still send in your own action regardless.

I waited for my previous partner before submitting our actions and ended up getting shafted because I waited too long, so my action was considered late. I didn't realize I could submit on my own without my partner... Also just submitting actions doesn't mean the actions will go through, both of you also have to post in the dueling thread as well to make your actions count.
