Miranda hasn't really seen her younger brother, Cedar, ever since the two of them started their year. Eventually, after a couple weeks of waiting for him to show up at somewhere other than the Great Hall, she finally gives up and decides to go looking for him. But when she heads up to the Gryffindor common room, intent of waiting outside until he either enters or exits, she runs into Y/C instead.

The way their encounter plays out can be discussed over owls. Friends, enemies, simply acquaintances, maybe something more creative - they're all good!

So far, Miranda has friends, acquaintances, and enemies. However, what she doesn't have is a rival. If your character would be willing to have either a friendly or unfriendly rivalry with her, possibly as either a classmate in potions, charms, or some other class, or even her partner for said class. This would definitely be fun to roleplay (at least in my opinion).

Your RPG storyline idea: Lydia has only recently found out that she is part Veela, and is kind of struggling to come to terms with that. Rather than having someone making her feel good about who she is, I thought it would have been more interesting to see how she deals with being bullied for her race.
Additional info: Knowing that this would not be an easy, fluffy thread, I'm looking for someone that is willing not to hold back and whose character won't be shy about discriminating against half-breeds. I generally write between 400 and 1k words, so I would prefer someone that can keep up with that word count. I'm not usually picky, but since this is an important thread for Lydia's character development, I will consider carefully who to do the thread with.

Your character is having a bad day, and Allie accidentally does something that sets them off. It was all on accident, but your character doesn't care and gets really upset at Allie. The next time they meet (Yes, this would be over at least three threads) your character realizes what she had said before to Allie when they were upset, and we can just go from there. This could end up with our characters being close friends, becoming enemies, or just acquaintances, we can discuss over owls.

I am looking for a group of first-years to bring into the Headliner "office" (this will not grant you access to the official office) to do a sort of orientation. Applications for the Headliner open throughout the year, so this is my way of getting students interested IC. Don't worry if you miss this opportunity, I will do this every few months or so. Anyway, I have been soooo excited about the dance (if you can't guess) and I had an idea- what if some Gryff girls got together to get ready for the dance together? Rose is pretty much an expert on hair, and the girls could gush about each other and their dates and all the fluffiness would be so amazing.
I'm really excited.
This would probably have to take place after we get more information on how formal the dance is going to be, when, and so on and so on, as well as the forward dating rules, so this would probably happen later. I will try to update the information here as much as possible, as I figure out more of the details. I will probably also repost this a couple times so no Gryff girls miss it.

In this thread Lana and another student will venture through the castle at night to find any ghosts after curfew. Your RPG storyline idea: Kyle is a bully, trouble maker, and general bad egg. But, he has no specific demographic or 'type' he targets. He will go after anyone and everyone purely on whim. And this can be used to your benefit! Someone harassing you or giving you trouble, or making your life hard? You can talk Kyle into dealing with your problem for you. Or maybe there is someone you hate, that you want to see get whats coming to them but you arent a fighter or are scared to get in trouble. He can be convinced to deal with your problem for you and gladly take the detention without name dropping you.
