for me, it just for an identity, i guess? i used bold or italics to emphasize some words, just ic thing

I dont use bold except for speech lol but i use italics for stuff sometimes. just not much ooc

Using colour or bold to distinguish speech helps it stand out from the rest of the text.

normally i don't use bold for RP, but I use it to denote OOC comments in my ency
i use italics in my RP to denote thoughts

I use bold for speech, italics for internal thoughts and random conversations Gabby has with her conscience which, trust me, is a lot
