1 - 3 weeks, not days. But that tends to depend on the Professor. Some are quicker than others. Also, graduation happens at the end of the school year, regardless of homework. Homework is an out-of-character way to get spells early and earn house points. It doesn't affect your in character graduation. When you graduate you will automatically be eligible to add all your 1st-year spells to your trunk.

I can't remember the exact date off the top of my head but if I remember correctly it's June 30th if not it's somewhere mid to late June since Summer Break starts July 2st-August 31st. The entire staff team has to change your year level so one day you might randomly see second year instead of first year and then Encyclopedia Updates for stat points and graduation potions and spells go crazy.
