Well, in character you can say your character put fliers up for it in the great hall. That's where students see most things for clubs I believe. The club is up to you, so if you want it to be just for your house that's okay.

1- You can use tags wherever you want, BUT we are not allowed to create flood threads. The Let's Chat is a flood thread and maybe Ravenclaw has one of those in the common room too- we're not supposed to create them, rather ask a staff member about it.

2- That's a nice idea! However, the official bulletin board is reserved for staff announcements. We do our own adverts in the Leaky Cauldron forums, so we don't clog the rpg forums.

Like Pei said, you can put up OOC fliers in the Leaky Cauldron and say you also put them up ICly throughout the school. If you wanted, you could also write a solo post in Grounds, or the Great Hall, with your character writing and pinning up the fliers, and include a link to your club at the bottom

In the Address Book, I see there's a sorting for werewolves and parselmouths and such, but not one listed for some of the other things such as part veela and whatnot. I was trying to find out who the other dhampirs were on the site. Is there anywhere specific to find this information? Thanks!

I don't think so - there's a 'registry' type thread somewhere in MoM but I don't think it's updated.
Werewolves, parslemouths and part-goblins have their own categories so they can access certain forums which other students can't get to (shrieking shack, chamber of secrets and an area of gringotts), but other races/talents don't have that ability and therefore don't need a special group
That's as far as I'm aware anyway, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong haha

Now, there's another question I have.
Which forum section is suggested to post a game Guide? May be the games room? Is a guide, OOC to speak about it not a roleplay thread nor gameplay thread.
