No, you move up on July 1st, not June. June is still part of the school year. You graduate July 1st.

Well technically July 1st is the start of summer so it would make sense that it's that date.
June is when you have finals...
I remember those well and I hated that month for that reason.

haha my finals are four times a school year - end of every quarter. but i'm usually done with school by the beginning of june/end of may

I don't remember when finals were for HS as I only did HS for junior/senior year.
