I started doing it today and so far it's alright.

I do have listerine so that's a good thing.

I'm doing flossing first, then normal toothbrush and then a small amount of time doing electric toothbrush, although it feels too strong for me so it freaks me out a little. But it seems to do the trick at trying to bleed the gums so that's a positive.

Remember if it got in, it can come out (floss) and if you're really scared, keep scissors nearby.

Your teeth chew food that is tougher than your bristles, your receding gums is why they feel loose. It will lessen with repeated brushing and flossing.

👀 yeah my teeth feel anything BUT loose ahaha lol but yeah I will do my best I'm just worried about whether gums will bleed or not... not when i brush i meant when i go back ; ;
