Do you have a thread tracker in your ency? That's how I am able to make sure none close because of me! Otherwise I don't know how I'd manage. You can just list all your rps that you have in your ency and then each time you come on HiO, just click them all and see if it's your turn to post or not. You can also make a note as to whether it IS your turn to post (if you don't have time to post) and write when you last updated that. So that way you know how many you need to post in etc... and don't need to check all the time. I separate mine from threads vs club threads.
