Idea: It's pride month, and there's an epic freaking errand that I am 120% participating in, in the biggest possible way: by going to every location I am allowed to go to. However, Ami isn't going; rather, Chad Preoccupied is. Who is Chad, you may ask? You don't get to put your NPCs inside Hogwarts, you may protest! Well, see, Chad Preoccupied is Ami- he's Ami's drag persona. And since Chad didn't get to talk to a lot of people at the Blossom Ball, I'm bringing him back out again in honor of this pride errand.

Yes, I understand that there are 11 possible locations for me to go to, but I'm also a ridiculously slow replier. If I tried to take on one to two people at all 11 locations, I think I'd have a heart attack. THEREFORE, I'd like for Chad to interact with some people at the following locations:
- Corridors
- Library
- Courtyard
- Hufflepuff Common Room
- DADA Classroom
- Muggle Studies Classroom

Nick has never really been attracted to, well, anyone in a romantic sense. Frankly, he doesn't really know anything about how you should feel about your romantic partner or what would be considered "too fast" for a relationship. But summer is right around the corner and fresh summer love is swirling around everyone's heads. So when he bumps into a girl that fawns over him, he kind of just stumbles into the relationship.

(Hoping to start a romantic relationship with a girl because she wants to and Nick just goes along with it. The relationship can go on for as long as we feel like but will ultimately lead to them breaking up. I'm very open to interpretation for this prompt, I just think that this would be a good idea for Nick's character arc and helping him understand his sexuality more.)

Nick has always had a fondness for music and likes playing it, he's not bad at it either. He's fine with playing piano in front of an audience, but he's less confident in his singing. So when he gets an itching to sing, he'll retreat to the rehearsal room when it's supposed to be empty and just jams out alone. On this particular occasion, someone hears in on his private concert.

(Just a simple one thread concept to start a friendship between your character and Nick. Was thinking they could possibly like play or sing a duet, or your character sings while Nick plays and they bond over it)

Back in his hometown, religion was basically pushed down everyone's throat. So because of this, Nick has been pressured into masculine stereotypes like not showing emotions and being tough and shunned from feminine stereotypes like caring about your appearance and wearing makeup for his entire life. Since he's gotten to Hogwarts, it's become clear to Nick how outdated his town's beliefs are and how no one really tries to conform to those stereotypes here. So Nick has been trying to experiment with things that he was shunned from doing at home. When he heard about the makeover and manicure party, he thought it would be good fun to try it out. The only problem is, he has no idea what he's doing. Luckily someone spots his confusion and helps him out and they bond during the party

(I saw the Makeover and Manicures errand and thought it would be fun to do, but it isn't really in Nick's character to know what he's doing so I thought this would be a good way for him to make a new friend.)

Nick was hanging out in Stirling while his mother was doing some work stuff there. She'd given him some money for food and he was just wandering around. Walking past the most tourist trappy part of town, Stirling Castle, he spots a/some fellow student(s) from Hogwarts. In a moment of confidence, he walks up to them and introduces himself, offering to tour them around other parts of town. Over the day they hang out and bond.

(Just a simple concept that I thought would be fun to do over the summer to start a friendship between your character and Nick. If multiple people are joining it would make sense if the characters had some relation to each other so it would be great if you'd encourage your friends to join, though I'm cool for a thread with just Nick and your character.)

For Nick, summer is a great time for him to distress and relax, not having a burden to do anything or any pressure on him. Except for one very particular day, July 13th, the day Nick's parents' divorce was settled and his father left their lives, never to be heard from again. Due to unsettled grievances about that entire situation, the day is a somber one where Nick and his mother don't talk to each other. For Nick, he gets as far away from the world he grew up in. This year, he's chosen Diagon Alley, one of the center places of magic, since his mother was never really able to talk much about her experiences with the wizarding world. Silently walking through the streets, he crosses through a back alley of one of the stores where he bumps into someone. Normally he would brush it off but today he was a loaded pistol ready to fire

(Looking for a negative interaction with your character and Nick, most likely leading to them disliking each other. This can translate to them turning into friends or becoming life long enemies, I'm fine with either, but in this thread, it's solely negative. What happens in this thread is pretty open-ended, maybe a heated argument or a fistfight, the prompt's open to interpretation.)

Nick had quite a few run-ins with a mysterious sort of presence in his mind in his life. Whether it's an inkling to avoid a certain scenario, picturing a grand tree that is only a small sapling in vivid detail, or, in extreme cases recently, blacking out and experiencing strange visions. It's confusing and when he asks his mom about it he just jokes about him going crazy. He wants to know why he is the way he is and maybe a meetup with an older person with similar things happening to them can clarify some stuff for him.

(Looking for a fellow seer to expose Nick to what talent he has. Maybe they encounter him having one of his visions and they console him as he's recovering. I would hope this would translate into a sort of mentorship relationship between Nick and your character.)

Your RPG storyline idea: I'm sure we are all aware of the Pride errand happening this month (looks above at Ami's post). Amadea herself hasn't quite discovered her sexuality yet (spoiler alert: she's going to figure out she's pansexual, but it hasn't happened yet). Anyway, though it saddens me that Amadea cannot be as overly excited about Pride as I am considering she thinks she's straight right now, I still want to go over the top for this pride errand. Amadea has some friends that are part of the lgbtqia+ community (including her own sister) so she wants to be the best ally she can possibly be. Therefore, my goal is to travel to every single location that Amadea can access in the pride errand. The locations include:
- The Great Hall
- Corridors
- Library
- Courtyard
- Hufflepuff Common Room
- DADA Classroom
- Charms Classroom
- Astronomy Classroom
- Herbology Classroom
- Muggle Studies Classroom
- Divination Classroom

I am aware of how daunting a task this is (especially with other RPs to attend to) so I cannot promise my responses will be timely, BUT they will all be completed by the end of the month for the errand..

'For The Seventh Time, You Are Wrong'

Year preference: First Year (would probably need to have completed the first lesson of Potions' First Year for this)

Plot: Gerald and your character are partnered for a Potions lesson, the assignment at hand being to brew a sample of Cure for Boils. While one of the two is adamant in following the textbook's instructions scrupulously, the other insists on a more alternative approach to making of the potion. A back and forth bickering ensues. [Would probably be backdated to earlier in the year: November-December] [A friendship or a rivalry could come out of this thread]

'A Mud-Stained Situation'

Plot: On his way back to the castle on a particularly humid morning, Gerald accidentally steps on a mud puddle, making a mess out of the entirety of his left shoe and hem of his trousers. A kind spirit (aka the only handkerchief-owner in sight) decides to lend a helping hand. While Gerald is mildly mortified about someone seeing him in such a ridiculous state, he cannot bring himself to reject their good-natured offer. Likely, this encounter would mark the beginning of a friendship. [Would be backdated to February-March of this year]
