I wish that I didn't have a math and science test tomorrow.

Granted, but now you are.

I wish I had a quarter for every time someone asked me how I was doing.

Granted! You can't touch, spend, or even mention the quarters to anyone, though, so they're useless.

I wish I could see in the dark.

Granted! Unfortunately, a mad scientist has given him a potion that makes him un-lovable, so he seems gross.

Granted but you now don’t have a sister, meaning she never existed, therefore she didn’t technically die.
