Summer camp usually starts for posting either June or July, a month before it starts in character. In character it takes place July or August. It usually depends on the committee that year.

It is posted in the "Elsewhere" forum under "Wizarding World". Anywhere that is outside of another school or "London" goes in "Elsewhere."
