Hi guys, I was looking for some advice… I haven’t been on to rp for Louisa for quite a bit of time, partly due to lack of internet and mainly due to a lack of motivation. I am pretty new to rp-ing and I don’t think I developed Louisa very well. So should I deactivate her and make a new account (and how do I make my new character something I will be really interested in writing) or should I continue with Louisa and how can I build her story better? Thanks a lot and sorry to people waiting for my rps…

I say try and build her story better ! There are many things you can try and do to make her more interesting and playable
, like a family member dying or such as a friend turned foe ! Something to shake up the lore , you know ? Owl me if you need anything else

Deactivation is a personal choice. When I came back to Hio in February, after such a long amount of time, I considered deactivating my account, too. I decided to jump back into Kaitlyn.

You could do something similar to what I did, where I gave the excuse of Kaitlyn feeling inadequate with her grades to justify staying in her dorm for the lack of socializing from the time I was off-site. This gave me something new to work with (and provided an excuse for Kaitlyn to get emotional).

In terms of the development of Louisa (or any character if you decide to deactivate), jump into her mind. What does Louisa like to do? How can her past be used to influence how she acts? Alternatively, you can also request roleplay partners that would lead to a change in Louisa's character. For example, if you want her to develop an appreciation for art and maybe start drawing, you could roleplay with a character that knows how to draw already.
