Heyo, since everyone's talking about relationships and I'm looking for advice about one, I'm just going to plug my problem in here.
I have this huge crush on this girl, and she's really sweet and amazing. The only problem is, I don't know if she's straight, and I'm wayyy too awkward to ask, especially since I feel that I'm not close enough to her to ask a question that could be considered private to some people!
Any advice for me?

If I were in your position, I'd probably start dropping subtle hints. Sitting closer to her, brushing your hand against hers once or twice when you're walking next to each other, etc. If you're having a serious conversation (like, the kinds best friends have where they mention family problems and stuff), you can mention your sexuality or just mention that you're going through an exploration phase. If at some point you feel extremely courageous, it's okay to tell her how you feel. It's still very much okay to not be able to do so because of fear.

A thought that keeps me awake at night:

There have been cases of ambiguous genitalia, meaning they either don't have completely developed sex organs or they have characteristics of both sexes. Technically, that means there are people who are physically non-binary and gender neutral, but I think everyone calls them hermaphrodites.

I'm not trying to make fun of anyone. This thought literally pops into my head at the most random and inconvenient times.

Also sometimes I wished that I was an intersex because well... I can be both female and male and honestly explanations are much easier than defining gender fluid and non binary to people.

Intersex: I have both female and male parts, got it?”
Non binary/gender fluid: “So... Non binary is when you don’t feel like you don’t fit in in the girl or boy categories and- *annoying question* —*vary long and complicated answer*”

Or I just tell them to shut up and use whatever pronoun I prefer at the moment.

At the moment I don't care what people call me. My main pronouns are she/her but if you say he/him or they/them I am fine with it and it makes me feel good in a way.

Hi! I'd absolutely love to join, if y'all would have me. OOC, my pronouns are she/her/hers, although I will not be offended if you accidentally say they/them/theirs, and I am super lesbian. IC, Ami's pronouns are also she/her/hers and she chooses to simply identify as Queer.

I think what you all are doing is absolutely wonderful. Sign Elijah up- pronouns are he/him/his, and his sexuality is so asexual, even a rock has more emotion than him. I'm really excited to be a part of the club!
