I feel like I'm kinda having trouble getting Lyanna's lore started, simply because, well, I'm doing a ton of rps right now and I can't catch up. Because of that, I don't have any time to actually write any lore, which makes it harder for me to then write replies, because I don't have a firm base to lean on. Now I also have a lot to do for the Spring Ball, so I have even less time to write replies. It's kind of a cycle that keeps going round and round and just takes away more and more motivation every time, but I do really want to continue writing Lya and don't want to abandon any threads. I'm just not sure how to proceed.

I'm not Emily, so my apologies for jumping in here. But, I can offer a suggestion that may help. While writing out the lore can be time-consuming, maybe jot down individual ideas you have about Lyanna. It is just enough to give you a baseline to use for roleplaying, but it is not fully fleshed out for lore just yet. That way, you can roleplay with an idea that you have for Lyanna, but it also gives you an idea of what lore to expand upon. Maybe even something like a journal to record some ideas, as they come to you?
Like with me, I'm making Kaitlyn and Devon friends, even if I haven't completed their lore yet (and I have ideas for their activities together, which I hint at in various role-plays).

Not the one you pinged, but I'd suggest you to take a moment to think about main things you want to happen. Divide them by years. There's no need to abandon your threads, but it's okay if you take time to do them.
For Linda in her current year I have main events like healing and dark magic. Dolls just added a bit fun to my plans

Ooo best way to think of it is to identify your characters' wants. What do they want truly?
Next, identify their needs. What do they need to do to get there? Is it physical growth or mental growth? Maybe it's a need they don't realise yet!
You can incorporate them all into mundane-esque threads! For example, I joined one of Evelynm Decipio's open threads, discussing something Emi hadn't even heard of yet (related to the Faeritale Endings thread). She then used it to develop her own interest into halfbreeds etc and well... You know the rest!
The take away from all this is to start gradual, and when you're ready, take it up a notch
