Hey, can you change where your trunk post is regarding to your ency posts? Just asking cause I was a bit stupid and now have to work my way around having it second, where it would make more sense to have contents, basic info and then trunk.

Hi Lily, I'm afraid the answer to this question is we cannot. The reason is because, as I'm sure you understand, our Trunk post is managed by the staff team here; and they have hundreds, or perhaps thousands, of trunks to handle. If they are to permit one player doing so, others may request the same as well and this will be too tedious for them; or if other requests are rejected, then it would potentially turn into an accusation of favouritism. Hope you understand.

Reading back on the questions - all the answers are fine. I think one was overlooked (how far in advance would the students in the other schools know that they were going to Hogwarts). They would know a good month in advance.

Short answer: Yes.
Longer answer: The invites are scattered around the great hall/noticeboards etc so when they arrive, they'll likely have seen some pinned to noticeboards/ on the wall or heard about them through others. As the flyers are "staggered", they'd officially received one a day from their arrival (21st) so they didn't get them all at once. They'd have them officially arrive at the cabin (mysteriously showing up on top of their bed) and on any noticeboards around that area too. iNPCs would, however, be aware that there will be a ball/event of some sort during their trip before arriving - they just wouldn't have specifics till they arrived.
