I am sorry to hear that, but also give yourself and him more than a week to try anything. You might mentally be over it, but don't force yourself emotionally. It will take a while to heal depending on how long you two were together. Friends isn't always a given, so don't hold out hope but I do hope however it goes, it turns out for the best for the two of you
