First years curfew I believe is 9PM. Not sure for other first years i think 10PM? Hang on.
Ency had it under the class schedule section.

The daily routine (excluding the weekend) would look like this:
7:00-9:00 — Breakfast
9:00-12:00 — Classes
12:00-13:00 — Lunch
13:00-16:00 — Classes
16:00-18:00 — Free Time
18:00-20:00 — Dinner
20:00-22:00 — Free Time (for younger students curfew is at 21:00)

So 9PM curfew for first years. 10PM curfew for higher years I guess?
