No, its apparently very snowy over there

We got like, a foot of snow if not more XnX. Lex helped their neighbors as well, essentially doing two to three(as they have a continuation of their family in another house too) houses.

Most things, yes! If you RP that Max has an enchanted satchel, then you must have the item in inventory. This is because you'd have the advantage of being able to carry lots of stuff!

Things in the shops marked with a star means you can RP without actually owning them.

Brooms are a little different. If you join a moderated thread, you need to have a broom in inventory. If you don't own a broom, then you can use one of the school brooms!
