I actually did that with a Marauder’s map, but then some mod said that the map wasn’t allowed to be used IC so I either had to change the references to it, or delete my posts because if I didn’t, then they’d be deleted for me. I ended up deleting my posts, and all because of a post that says that you can’t use the map in character. Items that restricted for IC use are one of the things I hate about the site, but there’s nothing I can do about it.

So Imma answer all this real quick cause I had to go shower. I plan on doing duelling, (Taizu hates heights) and I'm currently updating my trunk to have all of the first year spells as well as maybe some other ones.

best spell to use in duels that gives the most damage- Flipendo. The second best- Incendio.

If you’re talking about immediate damage then you’re wrong, it’s Confringo followed by Flipendo. If you’re talking about immediate damage and damage over time combined, then it’s Confringo followed by Incendio Duo. But if you’re talking about the a first or a second year who don’t have any prodigal abilities, then you’d be correct.

Those are both good reasons for why someone would cast the weaker spell, and since you mentioned that Flipendo is Kim’s favorite spell, then I’d like to add that it’s also Dave’s favorite spell. He likes it so much in fact, that it was pretty much the only spell he ever practiced during his first year. Then he lost the duel and decided that he has to expand his vocabulary of spells and that’s exactly what he did.

If you want to go for dueling, you'll be #2 on the waitlist I think as there's 1 person ahead of you!

The good news is that even if you don't get on the dueling team this year, the summer matches include those on the waitlist I think! That's where Kim had his first official duel!

Oooo and Taizu could learn from Kim if he wanted too, since they ARE dormmates and from the same House and they're close!

I also have to go shower. And it’s nice that you’re updating your trunk, I sent in a request too but now I have to update that request since I just learned another spell.

Yup! Taizu's stats are probably better than Kim's atm though... so not sure if we'd ever be paired together. Let me check rq. Yeah, Taizu's wisdom is 8 damn, that's awesome. And his arcane power is 8 too! Well, Kim would love to have Taizu as a dueling partner, would be an awesome combo!

And definitely a great bonding experience! Kim's worried about Taizu's 4 stamina though ahaha
