I tell my students Taekwondo students about how clumsy and I coordinated I am, and they never believe me because on the Dojo floor I’m one of the most talented people there 😂

when i was in highschool, i was always chosen to be the goalie. i didn't know how to properly defend (though the goals were smol) i would just throw myself in the ball's trajectory without any self-preservation, which was incredibly effective but i got lots of bruises because bois have no mercy.

I'm tired rn. I feel a little sick, and I have a lot of schoolwork to do.

Yes they don’t have mercy- unless you earn their respect- haha I’m the highest rank student behind my grandmother (and she only outranks me with age) so I have some level of respect from them. When we spar they know I can hold my own and that I am usually holding back
