Your RPG storyline idea : "Vincent has just settled in, but a quick look around made him realize that his initial plan to make more friends is going to be very difficult..." My character is a quite shy, so I would love if someone could come in and perhaps give him a chance to either gain a friend or just someone he mildly dislike talking to.
Additional info : I would try to reply as soon as possible, but due to real life constraints it might take longer. However, if I am going anywhere I will definitely alert you before then.
Update: I have already found two people to rp with, so I think I'm okay for now

Your RPG storyline idea: Houses have just been sorted. The students have had their first sleep and the customary Welcome-to-Hogwarts dinner. It is time to find the way around the castle and go to classes. Struggle with the first years as they attempt to cast spells, do homework, study, and... enter into a team competition for head student?! This newly invented competition pairs up two students randomly and the students do their best to study and outperform others. More... dishonest students may choose to sabotage their competition rather than outperform them. If you have any nuances you want to add, please feel free to suggest them!
Additional info: This could be a long or short-term RP. If you want to just drop in for a class, please do. If you want to stick it out with me and have a character share classes (or if we are in the same house, even better), we could continue this throughout the first year.

Your RPG storyline idea: After a crazy few days Adam's remembered his original goal here at the castle: making a name for himself. He'd love to meet up with people with that same competitive drive! This could go really any way so I'm open to ideas.
Also, Adam has found himself in need of more (cough cough any) friends after a recent schism split up his little group. I'd be happy to build on some relationships or start new ones! Let me know!

Memphis Herndon, who just fell because of the amount of books he had in his arms and the combination of that and his untied lace. You go over to help, but you aren't greeted the usual way you would get greeted by a Hufflepuff.
Additional info : Quite possibly, if you people have some overly nice and bubbly characters that are usually friendly, that would make a nice RP. I'm keeping this short-term to start off. Owl me for additional information. Also, your choice of place, because frankly Memphis carries books everywhere not just school.
