tucked in the dense sylvan glade of westminster, england, the ancient stone manor of the swann family stood proudly atop a grassy hill, surrounded by seemingly endless forests and trees.
most muggles had never been in that part of the city, for it was veiled by countless spells to safeguard against their prying eyes. There were one or two brave villagers who tried to break in, but alas, when dawn arrived they would be found ripped in pieces by the opening.
the swanns were not known for their kindness upon intruders.
the manor had been deserted for as long as arianna could remember. the once luxurious and brilliant halls were now empty and dreary, with four lone inhabitants still occupying the rooms in the east wing. severin. astrea. arianna. pookey. they were the only ones that still lived and breathed in the manor.
but it felt like two. arianna, on the third floor, with only the elderly house elf pookey for company.
the adults didn't know how to communicate to their daughter, so they didn't. arianna raised herself within the bounds of the third floor, pouring her soul into the pages of curses and jinxes, imagining one day to successfully cast them on an enemy. she became engrossed in the tales, relishing the experiences that other young girls may have and that she would soon be able to participate.
and four years later, arianna became the pompous, ambitious, and determined girl who boarded the Hogwarts Express on September 1, 2023. the young woman who openly detested muggles but was deeply devoted to close friends.
Reducioarianna's first instance of magic saved her from a particularly nasty attack by a grindyglow. she was sitting alone on the banks of a river in the dark forest, before a disgusting hand reached up and tried to pull the girl into the water. however, the hand had shriveled like a dried fig as soon as it touch her skin.

- At the moment, werewolves are not created by birth. It must be an accident for werewolves to be formed. This means that most of your backstory for werewolves needs to be rewritten.

- You still mention that being turned is a generational thing through the Mother and Father being turned and it being 'tradition'. This cannot be the case. Please edit this.
-Please explain how Arianna received help. She could have died from blood loss, and did in fact faint in the woods. She would need medical help with the blood and healing a magical bite would (silver and dittany).
- I missed this previously, but hunting humans for sport would draw the ministries attention. So would brutally murdering intruders. It would likely see Arianna removed from her parents care. Please edit this.
- Her parents would be, by law, forced to take the wolfsbane potion, and would in fact be in their right mind when biting Arianna. If they didn't take the potion, Arianna would be placed into foster care , a road you can go into with her but it may not have a happy ending.

ReducioShe had many friends and one of them (her best friend Valerie) was also invited to hogwarts! Her dad is a theater director and sometimes Quinn is one of the actors. She loves singing and dancing and anything theater. Her mom is the magic one and her dad was a little more then a little suprised when he found out but he still loved her. Her mom is a stay at home mom and sometimes uses magic to help out around the house. Quinns home is very cozy with couches and a blazing fire and her family has a good amount of money (not too much not too little). Quinn's little sibling, Sean, loves causing chaos and enjoys teasing Quinn about kind of anything. He loves her but is a annoying little brother. Her older sister Maeve is a very late bloomer. She never attened hogwarts but showed signs of magic... at the age of 12. Quinns parents felt bad so her mother created a school just for Maeve and helped her learn about magic. Quinn has a fun friend named Declan who turns out to be magic as well. His dad went to Ilvermorny so he sends Declan there. Quinn enjoys school and was pretty popular at her old elementary school, her favorite sport is irish dance (she is irish after all) and she loves to go outside when it isn't raining and enjoy the beauty of the irish greenery.

ReducioDuring school Quinn was running late for class(in the uk) and she tripped in the hallway then a bully came up to her and was going to hurt her but the bully flew 50ft backward due to Quinns magic which was comming from fear(the bully was just dazed) and Quinn was delighted and her mom was estatic(Quinn was only 9). Quinn had a few more small accidental acts of magic (by then she knew more about the magic).

Character Special Race/Talent: MetamorphmagusReducioMinnie has always been shy and always has wanted to change into someone to not be noticed, or to change her appearance. Her Metamorphmagus has helped her be more brave as she can make a mistake and just change her appearance a bit to try again. Her family has had generations of metamorphmagus in their family, so Minnie having that talent is a way to help her fit in with the family. It makes her close to her Mum, who has the talent, and her grandpa, who’s a Metamorphmagus as well. She’s used this talent to do fun things with her siblings and to fit in with people she didn’t know. One time when her family took a trip to New York, having the talent of Metamorphmagus was very helpful. Minnie’s mum was making a fuss over how Minnie looked. Minnie had long blonde hair. “No. No. No. A flight is not a time for blonde hair. Try black hair, that works well.” Minnie sighed.
“Yes Mum.” She screwed her face up and imagined herself with long black hair. Her hair changed to black and she smiled. “There Mum. Happy?” Her Mum smiled.
“Yes dear. You know, having a talent of Metamorphmagus is very good as our magical talent of Metamorphmagus is passed down through the generations. Us Duke’s are very magical. We are amazing, and Metamorphmagus helps you actually fit in!” Her Mum exclaimed. Minnie nodded, having heard this speech before. She got on the plane and sat down. A flight attendant complimented her on her hair. When she got off the plane to a hotel, her father started ragging about her hair.
“A good person will have long brown hair so as to not stand out.” Minnie sighed a bit. But she changed her hair to brown nonetheless. “Good girl. I’m so glad you got your mother’s side of the magic, as the Dukes have the Metamorphmagus talent.” The same speech that made her feel like she belonged. When she went out horseback riding with her brother Jack, she changed her hair to red.
“Nice one Min. I think that having Metamorphmagus is the best talent in the world! You’re the best big sis I’ve ever known! Besides Lil of course.” Minnie smiled.
“Thanks Jack, that makes me feel like I belong even more!” When she went to the city of New York, her sister Lil reproved her for her hair.
“Make it short and back to normal. But purple. In New York city, people like people with fun and different colored hair, so you should have fun hair. I wish I had gotten that gene. You are so lucky to have gotten Mom’s genes.” Minnie nodded to Lil. She put her hair back to the way it normally would be, and turned her hair purple. “Now you look like a New yorker.” And so that day was a good one because she had gotten her family's talent of Metamorphmagus. Minnie’s talent of metamorphmagus makes her feel like a true Duke.
Biography:
ReducioMinnie has two siblings, her older sister who's a second year and a younger brother who's ten. Home is always active and fun, with loud noises a lot. She loves to bake with her family, so they try out new recipes all the time, sometimes magic recipes. Her best and only friend is a pure-blood who lives next door. She lives in a large mansion out in the rural area and her best friend is in the Mansion across from her. Her older sister loves anything to do with catching bad guys and brewing potions. She wants more than anything to be an Auror when she grows up. Her younger brother loves dragons and other mythical creatures. He really wants a bowtruckle when he grows up-or now.Her Mum taught her how to swim and her Da taught her how to bake. Her Da works in the goblin liaison office in the ministry of magic. Her Mum works as a mom. Minnie went on a trip to New York as a young girl, and she found Nix the niffler. Minnie helps out around her very small town by babysitting and cooking. She's made a small fortune of wizard money because of this. When she's at home, she jokes around a lot with her family, and regularly nearly sets the kitchen on fire with her new recipies. Minnie is the seeker of her quidditch team at home, where they play against a rival town once a week.
First Instance Of Magic
ReducioMinnie's first accidental magic was when she was seven. Some bullies were running after her, telling her that she was stupid and slow. They had almost caught up to her when she suddenly went super fast, like a super speed. She ran all the way home. Her parents were very surprised, and then happy for her.

Character Backstory: Angela was born in the village of Godric's Hollow. From an early age, she grew to love the place. The Englishwoman made many friends there, including Larry Cruz, Haley Hopper, Julio Forster, Katherine Fleming, Stefany Greenlaw and many others. She and her friends wrote many plays and performed them for their families. They had all found their stage names. For Angela, for example, it's Ari Stophane, in reference to Aristophanes, a Greek playwright from the 5th century BC. It wasn't Angela who came up with the name, but her friends after performing a play by this playwright.
Angela's friends are a year or two apart, except for Haley Hopper and Julio Forster, who are the same age as Angela.
One day, the girl told them that she had received her letter of administration, they were very happy and Haley and Julio told her that they had too. For the others, Angela knew she'd have to wait a year or two before they received it.
The young girl had always lived here, but she had also seen other villages such as Ottery St. Catchpole because her paternal grandparents lived there or Upper Flagley because her maternal grandparents lived there and many others. Angela's parents, Annie and David, are very kind to her and her little sister and brother, Eva and Howard. Their parents are stern when they don't do what they ask. With them, respect is golden. Angela's parents can also be very kind, because generally, when she or her sibling want something, they get it easily. With them, jealousy doesn't exist.
First Instance of Magic: Her first involuntary manifestation of magic came one day when she was 8 years old. Her mother had scolded her for something stupid she'd done, and Angela got angry with her. That's when the light went on by itself, when it was broad daylight. Anni went straight to David to tell him the news. They were overjoyed.

Zayvon's backstory is very complicated and sad. He was born into an all-muggle family on October 30th, 2011 in Chicago, Illinois. For four years, he was a happy normal child. His dad, Pablo Crown, was in the Army, and his mother, Lila Crown, was a store manager at Walmart. But one day, his dad left for the Army but never came back. He went missing in action. That same week, Zayvon's mom was shot and killed in a Walmart shooting.
Zayvon went into the foster care system, and luckly, a family took him. They saw him and took him, but after six months, they decided they'd "change their mind". Zayvon thought he had done something wrong, but what was it? He loved that family and thought they felt the same way. Obviously not.
Zayvon went back into the foster care system, and this couple took him this time.
They were amazing, and always nice to him. They let him pick out clothes to buy. They let him style his hair. They adopted him, and they moved to England.
But when Zayvon was seven, his new dad was arrested for identity theft, which both Zayvon and his new mom (who was pregnant) had no clue of. A year later, Zayvon's mom died shortly after giving birth due to high blood pressure.
Zayvon was once again taken in by a nice woman. He loved her a lot, too. But one year later, she got killed in a car crash. It was a head-on collision, and Zayvon was in the backseat, so he survived. But he watched her die.
Zayvon promised himself he would never hold on to anyone again, just to lose them. It'd happen too many times.
Zayvon currently lives with a sassy rich woman named Gloria Smith, but Zayvon didn't hold on to her this time. He's just there.
When Zayvon got his letter of acceptance, he was surprised. A wizard? Not Zayvon. It took him a while to be convinced.

Marcie grew up in Canada where she went camping a bunch with her mom and sister, though she mainly loved to stay at home and write or read. She went to a muggle public school till grade 4, then her mom knew her Hogwarts letter would come up soon so she moved her two daughters to Britain for there magical education. she grew up around magic because her mother did
not like to keep it a secret till the letter came but she didn't perform any magic till she was 10, her
mother was worried she was a squib so she tried not to use her magic often but on the other hand her sister had shown three signs by the time her first had come up. 2 days before her letter came up her sister got accepted to another school while she had to go to Hogwarts. She was upset that she had to part from her sister but mainly because she didn't know any other people who were going to Hogwarts. On the days leading up to going she, her sister and her mom went on one final camping trip before they left for school, on that trip Marcie, instead of reading, writing or playing board games in there tent, attempted to spend her final days with her family.

She would constantly earn herself lucky coincidences. then her mom knew her hogwarts letter would come by soon so she moved to the UK when she was 9. when she was 10 her friend came over once and accidentally stuck her foot out and tripped her out the window, her magic saved her from injury and her muggle friend was so horrified she never came back. I was born in a nice small family of my parents , two of my brothers and finally me. My dad is the first wizard of our family but my mom was a muggle. then we have my oldest brother which is the second wizard and he goes to hogwarts too. then my other older brother but he's a muggle and we try to not let him feel left out. I'm the yougest kid in out family. when we found out i could use magic i was only 3 and at that time those pure-bloods that hated our family kept on harassing us especially my mother. She thought to herself that it would be the best choice to leave and keep us safe.
After that my father was never the same. He tried his best but it didn't last long. He would always be working and was never home so my brother took care of us until he left for hogwarts too.
all i did in my childhood was reading books from the library and reciting poems. I drew and painted too I had good times. but mostly we were tutored manners and reading by a strict teacher. she was a nice person though. and then i finally turned 11 and it was time to go and leave my brother in that prison called "home".

- How can you have a brother who is just a muggle? All Muggle+Muggle-Born children are magic. There are no "just muggle" children.
- Why are the Purebloods harassing your character's family? Give some reasons as to what makes it so intense for your character's family to move.
- First instance of accidental magic does not seem accidental; it seems intentional. It's not a will of wanting something, it is something that happens on accident. Perhaps your character really wanted something and felt frustrated that all of a sudden the lights started flickering, etc. Come up with your own scenario.

First instance with magic: Aliana's first encounter with magic occurred when her older brothers returned home from Hogwarts after their first year, following the Christmas break. At the tender age of five, she was innocently playing with their belongings when something unexpectedly exploded, leaving her startled and in tears. Next thing she knows her brothers are teasing her calling her a crybaby. She starts getting mad the them and ends up getting so frustrated that one of the light bulbs breaks. Luckily everyone was alright and no one got hurt.

Aliana, a lively child, has always had a passion for singing, drawing, and reading! Shes always and I mean always either got a sketch book or a normal book in her hands never goes anywhere without it!! She's like a ray of sunshine in her family, especially compared to her mischievous brothers, Nettie and Twix.
From a young age, Aliana has been well-behaved and has made many friends.
When Aliana came into the world, she stood out as the favored child, while her brothers often misbehaved. Concerned that she might follow in their footsteps, her parents worried. However, she turned out to be completely different from her brothers, Nettie and Twix.
Her father has Italian heritage, while her mother is Hispanic. Aliana can speak Spanish fluently and can hold a decent conversation in Italian.
She attended Uptown School, where she developed a deep love for art and English. Her closest companions were Allen and Harrison, both eleven years old. Allen had a strong passion for ferret racing, cooking, and baking. He was a creative and affectionate friend, although he could sometimes be lazy and stingy. On the other hand, Harrison enjoyed playing badminton, solving jigsaw puzzles, and indulging in adult coloring books. He was a reliable and friendly companion, but occasionally displayed a hint of greed and mischief. Interestingly, neither of her best friends were aware of Aliana's secret adventures at Hogwarts. On the other hand, Harrison enjoyed playing badminton, solving jigsaw puzzles, and indulging in adult coloring books. First instance with magic: Aliana's first encounter with magic occurred when her older brothers returned home from Hogwarts after their first year, following the Christmas break. At the tender age of five, she was innocently playing with their belongings when something unexpectedly exploded, leaving her startled and in tears. Next thing she knows her brothers are teasing her calling her a crybaby. She starts getting mad the them and ends up getting so frustrated that one of the light bulbs breaks. Luckily everyone was alright and no one got hurt.

Quinn Dorsely, a seemingly normal child from any muggle perspective, was actually not all that normal. He was born to Benjamin and Eleanor Dorsely in the quaint town of Bakewell, England. The Dorsely family may not have been very wealthy, but they got along very comfortably and were well known in the wizarding world. Quinn grew up in a stone townhouse with a cheerful stream running behind it. Quinn was a surprise baby, unplanned but not unloved. Due to this, he has an older sister that is quite a few years older than him, nine years to be exact. At the age of two, Elodie, Quinn’s sister, was sent an owl with the acceptance letter to Hogwarts. Both their parents graduated from Hogwarts as well so you can imagine the joy Mr. and Mrs. Dorsely felt when their daughter was accepted at the age of eleven.
Despite living in a primarily muggle town, the Dorsely’s had a small group of wizards and witches in the nearby area that they would meet with. This allowed the children to be comfortable and confident in their world away from muggles.
When it came to schooling, Mrs. Dorsely home-schooled both of her children. She taught them how to spell and read using picture books of plants with their names. She taught them how to count, add, and subtract with the pebbles near the stream outside their home.
As the years go by, Quinn grows into a kind young man. He gets his looks from his father, a bit taller with dark fluffy hair but his striking blue eyes he gets from his mother. He is slightly tan from spending many days out in the sun. Having spent so much time outside, Quinn has developed a love for nature and all things plants. He shows great interest in Herbology and Potions.
Growing up, the Dorsely family had a small garden behind their house that Quinn very much enjoyed helping to care for. There was even a corner of the garden just for Quinn to cultivate and grow his own plants and herbs. When he wasn’t taking care of the plants he was painting them or photographing them. A wall in his bedroom was solely dedicated to paintings and photographs he’d taken of the garden and surrounding scenery.

One evening, Elodie was at school in her fourth year at Hogwarts, five year old Quinn was playing with pebbles outside while Eleanor was watching calmly close by. All of a sudden, a splash could be heard in the stream. Little Quinn ran over thinking it may have been a minnow jumping in the water but he saw nothing, confused, he shrugged and went back to playing. A few moments later, another splash could be heard and Quinn rushed over. A few ripples could be seen but no fish to be seen. Quinn turns to his mother, a puzzled look on his face. The only thing she gives him in response is a knowing smile and a call to go back inside for supper.

Mallory comes from a wealthy family that have done a lot of researched on magic. Mallory has always been a very ambitious and stubborn girl since she was little, her parents always provided her with everything she needed starts from her study, toys, dresses, food and anything else without questioning. But since her body is weak she can't go out of the house as she pleases and the fact that her parent are always busy with work makes the matter even worse, that is why her parents decided to hire some servants to keep her company at home when they're at work. But the age gap between the servants and her doesn't really help much and she dreams of having a friends her age. 7 years later when she was 10 years old, One day when she was reading a book about the history of Slytherin she learned about some unique ability called Parselmouth, at first she wasn't really interested in it but when she read something about snake language she suddenly stop reading and remember something from the past, it was when she was only 4 years old, she was playing at the garden jumping and running until she saw some snake coming towards her, at first she was scared but then the snake talk to her and wants to play with her, knowing that the snake doesn't have any ill intent she started playing with the snake, maybe it was because of her weak body that she rarely get out from her house and play with the other children, she's just too happy to have someone to play with, on the other hand the servant that was going out in a while came back with the shocking view of her playing with some deadly snake. The shock causes the servant to act rather rashly and kick away the snake, making it wounded. Mallory doesn't know what to do except to cry, she learned from that accident that if she wants to play with the snake she has to be secret about it, when the situation calmed she sneek out of her room to look for the wounded snake, she saw it behind the tree crying in pain, seeing it dhe quickly apply some medicine on the wound and make the snake feel better, the snake then said thank you and chatted with her until it was late. She then said goodbye to the snake, although she's sad she can't help it because the snake also has their own home to go back to. It was until just now that she found out that it was a special ability that not anyone can have, only someone with a blood relation to the Salazar Slytherin or someone that have relation with Voldemorts can have this ability, this ability is as great as the dangerous is. Knowing this she becomes more careful with her action and the way she uses Parseltongue because it can cause a big misunderstanding that may lead to harming her family and friends, but maybe she will find a way to use it for her own advantage.

Although she came from a wealthy family she doesn't like to live in a extravagant life and will often run away from home and play with the other children in a village. But because of her body she often can't keep up with the other children and at the end get drag back home and got scolded. Her parents is always busy with work that they often can't be at home which makes Mallory be more fond of the village children than her own parents, but her Grandparents and servants of the house really loves her and gives her all the love in the world which doesn't makes her lonely at home. Her parents is a strict one and always scolded her for always going against them. But they actually love her very much, they just doesn't know how to show it because they never really raised a child because they're busy with their own work. This ended up causing a misunderstanding between them and Mallory. One day when she got the invitation to Hogwarts her parents actually doesn't plan on sending her there, afraid that something will happen to her when they're not close to her. Mallory being the way she is, doesn't agree with her parents that always lock her up in some place with the reason of keeping her "safe" and ended up going to Hogwarts without her parents approval. She also dyed her hair blue so that no one will recognised her (although the colour she chooses are rather eye-catching for someone on the run). But will Mallory got caught by her parents? Can she finally do whatever she wants? We shall find out soon.

The first time she uses magic was when she was 7 years old, she got lock up in her room for always running away from home by her father and doesn't get the chance to get out from there. Furious by the situation she burst the door open and left her father speechless. Although her father may seem heartless but he's just scared that something may happen to Mallory because of her weak body, and he doesn't know how to deal with it and ended up doing the wrong thing.

According to lore, your character's family can be some of the oldest families of dark wizardry that is kept unknown and a secret. - To be as real as possible, at 4 years old, your character would not know how to treat a snake. It is the age that they are figuring out how to handle their own scratches and scrapes. Be as realistic as possible as to what a 4 year old can do for a snake.
- It needs to be consent to go travel, whether it is somewhere else out there or to Hogwarts. Why are your character's parents not wanting Mallory to go to Hogwarts? They work all the time, it seems inconsistent that now they want Mallory close? Keep things consistent and be sure that your character is not fending for themselves as that goes against site rating as it is a sign of neglect.
- First instance of accidental magic is not accidental, it is intentional. She wanted to get out of the room that she burst the door open. It needs to be something that happens that she does not mean for it to happen, but it did. Also, being forcefully locked up in a room is a sign of neglect and abuse and goes against our site rating.
