Nope, Kim said that it has to be 100 not 75. It says 75-100 and Kim is saying it's gotta be 100.
But yes, he's currently in depression mode... so not the best time.

Also wait a second, deactivated characters don't count and I see some deactivated characters on the list! No being sneaky here! They don't count either!

Also deactivated characters also don't count because you could have deactivated a character and signed up again on the petition with your new character, thus getting +2 points whereas usually you'd only get 1. So nope, deactivated characters don't count.
