Opeila agreed with a gentle snort, then she mentioned that items such as knives, hot caldrons, or pots in the kitchen could be potentially hurt kids if they were not careful. "True, even my own mother wouldn't let me be alone in the kitchen if I want to bake or cook something.", Griseldis said to Opeila, agreeing with a nod. It really made her remember how her mother never liked people cooking in the kitchen without telling her, there was one time she decided to make some Bao (Chinese Steamed Buns) herself but her mother was quick to stop her before she could start anything and scolded her for not informing her that she was still too young to cook herself. Then she told her that she was from a city called Cambridge, which definitely sparked an interest in her. "Oh, Cambridge! I had been to that city a few times to visit my older Chinese cousin there, she is now studying Computer Science at the University of Cambridge." Griseldis was always proud of her older cousin, she was one of the people she admired a lot who was very intelligent and had a talent for programming and a total geek who loved playing video games. She once told her before that her dream was to become a Game developer and Griseldis supported her 100% because it sounded like such a suitable career to her. she would love to visit her in Cambridge again, perhaps during the Winter holidays or Summer break.

Changing a new subject about common rooms seemed to make the young Slytherin a bit happy, she told her about the Slytherin common room with an enthusiastic voice. Griseldis listened and was amazed to learn about the Slytherin common room through Opeila's description since she was a Gryffindor and couldn't see other Houses' common rooms. "That sounds really interesting, Opeila. My father was a Slytherin himself and he did mention the Slytherin common room before but it seemed the common room hasn't changed at all."

The lioness smiled when Opeila complimented how cool that she could do Martial Arts, but then she realized it was the first time she told someone else about it aside from Alan. Well, it wasn't like she would get in trouble and Opeila didn't look like the type of person who would gossip. When she offered Opeila to have the last Caldron Cake, she reacted a bit shy, quickly thanked her, and said that she would pay for it. Grisledis was used to share snacks with friends so it sounded odd to her that someone would pay money for a snack that was meant as a friendly gift, "Opeila, you don't need to pay or give me anything for a genuine gift that was given to you, see it as a token of friendship."

Before they could talk more, Opeila suddenly remembered that she had class soon and has to leave. She thanked her for the Cauldron Cakes one more time, then waved good-bye to her. "No problem, It was really nice to talk to you as well and I'm really happy to share Cauldron Cakes with you. We will meet again for sure, I'll owl you. Have fun at class, Opeila." Griseldis watched the Slytherin run as fast as she could through the corridors, hopefully she didn't trip on her way to class. She slowly gathered her stuff and decided to walk back to the Gryffindor common room.
