“It’s nice to meet you Gem, I’m Adlai, Adlai Rod.” She said putting her hand out to him.
“It never came across to me that same one would have never heard of Islam. I guess the wizarding world and muggle world are really apart.”

She pondered on what else the people within this foreign world of wonder and magic didn’t know off. From what she knew by her friends Leah and Virgil, they didn’t have cartoons or as many sports not even popular books. They looked so confused when she started talking about famous tennis players, gymnastics competitions and her favorite authors.

Then again Adlai was confused when they started taking about their hobbies and she could understand how shocked they must have been when they found out how she lived without magic all her life up until now. It was all very interesting to her.

“Your mom studies religions? If you don’t mind me asking, does she work with muggle affairs in the ministry...or something like that?”
Adlai found it interesting how Hogwarts had a class completely dedicated to the muggle world. She was sure she would pass it but then again that’s what she thought about her beloved astronomy.
