We are really sorry about the ‘’my RP’’ icon. Due to some modification it was taken out, but it should be back as soon as possible.  

For the other problems, I unfortunately can’t resolve them. In that sense I will forward it to our Headmaster, Zachary Winslow.

My owls literally take all day to be sent. Is that normal? Or does someone have to approve of it and just can't do it at the time?

Hey! Correct me if I'm wrong, but the owls are sent when your recipient is online. So if you sent an owl and the person was offline, it will become sent when the recipient logs onto the site.

It seems there's something wrong with wands randomization: all turn out to be chestnut wood or cherry wood. It's true for all accounts I've seen. I guess there should be more than two kinds of wood available. I got cherry wood five times in a row at Ollivander's.

For some reason, avatars are showing up as broken icons in the Remembrall !~

REPLY AFTER THE FACT: Seems to be happening only with the professor pictures, when points or grades are awarded!

Date at which it occurred: 6/10/18
Description: I was looking through the general Rp thread and clicked on somebody's thread with the intent to send them an owl but it kept sending me to the Entrance hall. This happened a few times before I decided to report it, But it only started today.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that could be happening because the person has deactivated their account. Their posts are kept up as to not confuse threads when they leave however their account is removed so that is probably what is happening.

I think Chestnut + Cherry are the most common ones given right now. However, I've just randomly gone through 15 profiles and also found several people with Walnut Wood + some with Aspen Wood. So those four, at the very least, exist on the site. There may be others too - this was just the first 15 I randomly picked.

Looking at your wand, you've been assigned the: 
31,2 cm cherry wood and thestral tail hair

This means, every time you go to Ollivanders, it will say you have this wand. It's listed in your profile and can't be changed once you've done it once. Reentering Ollivanders doesn't change your wand - so it will always show the same one after you've been assigned it.

Not sure why this happens but I see it too. Hopefully Zachary will be able to fix it when he gets a chance. I believe he's away right now though.

This should be fixed now  

@Evelyn Moore: Yup, what Amadea said is correct. If someone has deactivated their account, it will remove their profile page so when you click it, it will go to the main page instead.
