Cleaning with friends
With the help from Emma and Angellica, removing the wooden flooring from the dance floor was a piece of cake. Well, maybe it was some pieces of cake. It was still pretty darn tiring and his arms were now all sore and everything. But it was certainly easier than pulling and collecting all the linen. It was much faster as well. Or maybe it was not as boring since he was doing it together with his teammates? Maybe. They were both dependable and fun to be with! Anyway, the point was all the tasks in the Campgrounds had now been taken care of.
“Thank you, girls, it has been nice working with you all!” Arc said with his most genuine smile. Despite everything, it truly was a nice team building experience. “See you later on the field.”
The silver blonde-haired girl pointed at all the bags and stuffs that were needed to be moved and Arc could only sigh. After this he could finally laze his ass off and read all the books he wanted. He would need to take some warm bath before that, though. His body was reeking with sweat, dust, and other unholy things that did not need to be said. He nodded to Angellica and took his initial bags that was filled with linen and tied it before mounting his broom."Let's take all of this where it belongs"

As River had finally finished with the fountain, and turned around to check up on the others, she heard a voice she knew as Arc, "Uh, girls, a little help with the flooring here...". River watched as Emma headed to his aid, "Can you guys come here for a second?", The red-head heard Emma call out. She looked down upon her skinny skrawny looking arms and body, she couldn’t imagine being to much help. Still, three people is better than two, and this task seemed way less gag-triggering than the previous one. River pulled the rubber gloves off her small hands and trew them into a nearby trash bag as se began heading for the flooring. Before she’d managed to get to them though, Angellica had come along to save the day. River stopped and let out a slightly relieved sigh, and watched as three of her teammates heaved the floor boards off and away.
When she thought about it, the time had actually passed by in the blink of an eye. When working together they finished faster than River had expected they would, and now they could finally begin heading back inside, where River would probably head straight for the library and find a good book to stick her nose into.
She turned around and walked over to the trash bags they had filled with everything from food, to plastic cups, and all sorts of other trange smelling things, grabbed hold of one, and begun heading back towards the grand castle.
“Thank you, girls, it has been nice working with you all! See you later on the field!”, River turned and nodded in their direction, a slightly proud smile on her face, «Absolutely!», she called to Arc as she headed off.River left the thread

Okay, so maybe removing the floorboard wasn't the most arduous portion of the task, but there was nothing like a little teamwork to make things all better, it made things much easier and overall quicker to take down the dancefloor. Even from her position, she could see a few of the embers that charred the wood. Internally beaming as the other two came over, she prepared herself and lifted up on the floorboard along with the other three.
Finally, they were finished. Time seemed to have a mind of its own, speeding up and slowing down deliberately as to drive her insane. One minute, her lightheadedness seemed to get the best of her as she held her breath, and the other she lifted heavy objects with the majority of the Quidditch team. She was ready to hit the showers and go to the library afterward, anything was better than sitting out here and it was the only thing on her mind. Grabbing the bag full of rotten food, she cringed and held her breath as she began to tie the bag down on the rental broom borrowed from the tower. Just a few more minutes and the odor would be gone; all she had to do was hold on.
"Byeee! Thanks for helping," Emma beamed cheerfully, mounting her broom. It was going to be a long shower.

Once everyone had arrived and gotten to work Lavinia said her hellos and worked on stacking chair after chair. It seemed so amazing that her team had this great bonding experience together and she was so happy that it was working out. Each person took a different task and time seemed to fly from there. Angie took the fairy light while Arc managed to handle the liners as Emma did the rotten food. Also River did the punch and fountain. As Arc asked for help on the floor boards Lavinia was about to step up but the other girls got there first and since there was a lot of chairs she just kept stacking.
As the team helped pitch in and everything was looking better she was so happy that her team came together for this occasion and that she set it up, because it is a great experience. As the rest of the group worked on there task Lavinia took a look around to see how much her team had actually accomplished and it looked so much better then it had 30 minutes ago. She thought If we can do all of this now we can accomplish anything on the field. So with a bit more grit she worked on what seemed like hundreds of chairs to stack.
The interesting thing about the chairs was that each one looked different in a way. Some had huge burned spots while others looked untouched by the fire. But the great thing about doing the chairs was that they did not smell like anything other then fire, so she was very happy that she chose to handle this task. It was even a bit of fun to sit in some of the chairs, and even lifting them was a great workout so it was good practice for quidditch. So after this the quaffle would definitely feel very light.
Time seemed to tick by very fast on soon enough Lavinia only had 20 more chairs to stack. And the other members on her team were finished with their part and goodbyes were being said. She made sure to say; ”Thank you everybody for helping out and I am so glad that we got to do this together since it will make us a better team, I hope that we all get our house points and maybe even Ravenclaw could win the house cup! So I will see everyone down at the field for some practice and games. Good job and see you soon! She hoped that they all knew that this was an amazing team bonding experience and they should all be super proud of their work. As everyone left Lavinia felt like she needed to be the last one there so each person left and rode out into the sunset she finished stacking her chairs. And taking one last look at the place that they had cleaned so well, Lavinia thought that it should be in a before/after commercial. She too grabbed her broom and headed back towards Hogwarts.
