As if she poured gasoline onto the fire, her words sparked the boy’s hopes, flame burning in the now not-so-pale-looking orbs. What started as a mocked comment, now became an idea. But, oh how happy it made him.
She figured out his clumsiness shines most when excitement is present, stumbling and tripping on flat surfaces as if it was a talent.
Another giggle somehow ran out of now slightly-smiling lips, again, embarassment closed the mouth, hoping the falling boy failed to notice the few-second lasting moment.
He got up, laughing and blushing towards her.
Swinging his wand, face giving a thinking expression, he asked for ideas on how to find the damn squid.
Lips pouted, eyebrows frowned a little, Ophelia tried to come up with an answer adequate enough for the boy’s wishes. Eyes kept switching from place to place, an idea shone, developed.
“We could check in the library. You know, how to increase encouter chances and stuff.”
She never thought she’d go on a squid search, but guess what, it was happening. Putting her hands back in her pockets, she took a glance towards the lake. Oh, how beautiful is was. She could imagine the squid swimming freely, without worries. That started a wish to form in one’s head. She wanted to swim. How cold was the lake? Stepping closer to the enormous mass of water, she crouched down, letting her fingers stroke the cold surface, drawing random patterns her mind would think of.

Tremaine didn't show it, but he was rather pleased that he had gotten her to giggle. She seemed the type that need to be gently coaxed into the sunlight, like a wild and feral cat. But his mind turned immediately to the problem they faced, something that he certainly knew he could do now, with a partner to aid him. After all, hadn't so many others seen this beast? Perhaps it was simply too cold for it at the present moment. Or perhaps -
Tremaine snapped back to reality as Ophelia started to speak. Aha! The library! Tremaine was almost ashamed that he hadn't thought of it himself. An infinite source of knowledge, the library would hold the answers to any questions Tremaine might have. He beamed at Ophelia, thinking that he might have found a friend here already. If she really didn't mind being friends, because, though he hated to admit it, he wasn't giving her much choice. But for now his mind was set on only one thing, and he nodded eagerly.
"Of course, the library. We'll surely find a plethora of giant squid information in the library."
His eyes slid out of focus, as if he was already watching the giant squid, having conquered the first of a million challenges he would face here at Hogwarts. Ophelia moved towards the water, her fingers playing across the rippling water. Tremaine looked down at her, watching her for a few minutes as if mesmerized. Very suddenly, he knelt down on his knees and leaned forward, looking deep, deep into the water. Nothing.
He sighed, leaning back so as not to fall in. "Isn't it resplendent, Miss Ophelia? It reminds me of ink. Like a great big vial of ink."
And somewhere in there...
"Imagine living there. It would be like living underground, deep underground. Pitch black." He said this without a hint of fear. Such an experience would be new, tantalizing. There were things Tremaine was afraid of, though he might say otherwise, but the unknown was not one of them.

Cold was tickling her fingertips, sending pleasurable shivers through her body, itching, baiting her to jump into the mass in front of her.
The boy moved swiflty making Ophelia think he would definitely fall into the dark water, but he did not. Beggining to speak about its beauties, Silverton listened quietly, looking towards the waves. They moved slowly, rather peacefully, the tiny, tiny waves rippling because of the wind.
“Every darkness has a trace of light somewhere.”
Commenting to his words, fixing yet another lock off her cheek.
A moment of silence took over the place, as if they were both just thinking about her words. Then, slim legs straightened up, beginning to walk towards the opposite direction.
“And call me Ophelia dude. I’m just going to go get something from my room, meet you there.”
She broke the silence, made plans to meet in the library, while slowly pacing away. She bent down and picked up the pencil, which was lying under the tree, probably fell out when her figure was resting under the trunk.
Then, legs proceeded walking towards the school, planning a path to her room where a book was waiting on her shelf. She thougt it would be helpful, so bringing it sounded like a good idea.
After she almost disappeared behind the bushes, she leaned back, saying louder:
“Oi, what’s your name?”

Tremaine watched Ophelia trailing her fingers in the water, tracing the water with her long fingers. He stole another glance at the pitch-colored center of the lake, and then turned towards Ophelia as she spoke.
He nodded in answer to her statement, turning it over and over in his head. It was so very poetic. It sounded like something his grandfather might say in response to his grandmother's constant fretting. Before Tremaine could delve too deeply into these thoughts, Ophelia stood. Tremaine pushed himself to his feet after her, feeling rather silly. All he had been doing this whole time was sitting down, standing up, sitting down, standing up.
Tremaine couldn't help grinning as Ophelia called him "dude". Alright, he'd have to remember, no "miss". Just Ophelia. He nodded in agreement as Ophelia told him to meet her at the library. He stowed his wand in his pocket and brushed the dying grass off of his robes. Just as he was about to head to the library, Ophelia leaned back and asked him what his name was.
Had he not introduced himself! How rude of him. Tremaine smiled at Ophelia and replied, "Jarrow, Tremaine Jarrow. See you at the library."

(Should we move this RP to the library?)
