Well, boys have a seperate area from the girls (if it works like the school's dormitories ?), so I'm assuming he'd have a seperate section to himself because no other boys have registered here. As for the accomodations, it says :
The rooms are not particularly private, but one can choose to sleep in a room with five of their friends in cozy bunk beds or snatch one of the two rooms for just two students – perhaps you and your best friend? All bunk beds have a trunk to hold your belongings, as well as a patchwork blanket that each student may call their own for the duration of camp.

Good question and no idea ! At the least there is the Common Area for interactions ! I'm also wondering if it's possible to go to another tent to prank them...

Maybe it is possible!! But you should ask permission from the other tent members before actually pranking them..
