It may be shadowbanning you. (discord is I mean).
- In short if you make multiple accounts very close to each other, discord takes it a sort of spam or bot, automatically gives you trouble. Because discord by then flagged you for suspcious content (what some scams do - not saying you are doing it obviously but it is what discord automatically assumes)
- The invalid login is likely because of cache. Browser uses old data, causes a mess. (Or disc recognizes you based on IP and thus causes another issue)

I would say:
- try clearing cache data (it may log you out of your accounts though wherever you are still logged in)
- try to switch your connection (if disc flagged you, it is best to switch your connection from wifi to data or other options) - try to also use incognito just in case (not that it would cover up your tracks much especially if based on IP stuff)
- don't join the server directly, connect on your account with your latest one (least likely to have that one flagged possibly - maybe even try to do it in an incognito page rather than app)

Try these if any work.

If you’re on mobile, it doesn’t work well will safari. I recommend logging in your first time on a laptop if you have access to one as that seemed to work. I had the same problem when I first joined and learned it wouldn’t let me logic on my phone until after I was validated on the site’s disc via my computer.

Would it work on chrome maybe cause I don’t have access to a computer that has or can access discord

I haven’t tried chrome, but you could try and see if it works. another tip is to probably get the disc app if you can.
