Tears in Transfiguration PV Amadea Campbell Fin

The Hufflepuff was being awfully nice, and it made Cecelia smile. Amadea was such a sweet girl, and Cecily knew for a fact she didn't deserve her kindness at all. Especially after all the complaining about her transfiguration.

She listened carefully as Amadea gave her some more advice on her work, and nodded continuously. That was one thing Cecelia sometimes struggled with. Whenever she studied, she never felt the need to make a plan. She knew that she would eventually have to get through all the material to study for the test, but today seemed to prove her wrong, which was most likely a good thing.

Professors? Now Cecily wasn't expecting Amadea to say this. Well, she was right, after Cecelia thought about it more. She had never really thought about asking for the professor's help on studying. She usually would ask a question on her homework or classes, but usually left the studying to herself. She had all her answers usually in her text book, so never really bothered the professors. Plus, some of them weren't the type that wanted to be bothered everyday by some second year's questions. She nodded when Amadea had finished what she was saying. She hoped if she did try that it would help some.

Her smile faded, however, when Amadea mentioned taking a break. She looked intently at the floor, wondering how to explain it to Amadea. She couldn't take a break... because she had too much studying to do, but that was also partly because she didn't even plan a thing out.

It's my loss. I guess I've learned my lesson. Cecelia thought. She nodded once more, knowing she would have some studying that she would not have been able to do before the test, but there was no point studying any longer being this brain fried. Sighing, Cecelia stood up, stretched her legs, and smiled at Amadea.

"I'm so glad we've met, Amadea. I suppose I have no choice but to get some food in me so I can actually think. And I'm sorry we had to meet when I was such in an terrible state." She offered a half smile at Amadea, hoping she'd understand. It was unfortunate they had to meet when Cecily acted like she didn't want to talk to anyone or couldn't even talk to anyone. But it was all clear now, and Cecily was glad.

"Shall we get going then?" Cecily asked Amadea, as nicely as possible but also in a "let's-please-hurry" tone. She was just so excited to taste all the delicious food, especially the mashed potatoes!

OOC: Sorry it took me a little while to reply! I've been super busy with other RPing and writing things plus school and other irl activites =)) Would you like to end then? And then maybe, if we both aren't too busy, we could create another thread at dinner?
