Anna had a visibly proud smile now, hearing her introduction was "impressive". She has been doing this almost every time she meets someone since she was seven, but it was still flattering to hear she impressed someone with it.
"Well, I do hope the people remember me because of this!"
She let out a childish giggle. Imagine this! Knowing someone might still see her after a long time and remember she was the one who made that introduction!
After that little ego boost, Anna had a large smile. The train moved slowly...
"Oh, we're already going to Hogwarts! Yay! Ah, get your money in advance, they sell food here."
Anna kneeled down next to the window, and watched the outside. There were some families that hadn't left yet. Among them, she saw her own, though they were already leaving. Her mother with a tissue, emotive about seeing her daughter leave (again), much like the daughter herself. The stoic father patting his wife's back, expressionless, though his eyes had some softness to them. And her brother. He wad the only one who saw Anna for a fraction of seconds before the train moved out of their sight. Anna kept her face glued to the window, though, seeing the families fading away and the scenario in front of the window.
Then she realized she didn't have her money ready, despite literally just telling Percival to do that. She scrambled her gigantic and full bag for money. It was stuffed with books, plushies, combs, and clothes. She found some galleons at last, and put them on the table between herself and the boy, to avoid losing them.

Anna counted her money and put it on the table. She planned to buy a few more candies today, so a galleon and two sickled would do.
"It's okay! They're not expensive. And we can share if you didn't bring enough money. They're delicious, you have to eat them!... Well, if you didn't eat them before, that is."
Well, at least Anna hadn't eaten most candies from the trolley when she was in her first year. Whoever brought her treats would typically give whatever they thought was good, not new things she hadn't tried before, so the sheer amount of options in the trolley was quite a surprise. But she definitely had made up her mind about some things.
"Have you ever eaten their cauldron cakes? They're some of the best sweets I've ever eaten. Oh, I also really like their liquorice wands, they're pretty tasty. I don't like their gum, though, but you should try it, what if you really like it?"
...The trolley wasn't even in their corridor yet, but Anna seemed pretty excited to talk about candies.
"But if we decide to share our candies, I will not spare you any more than two cauldron cakes. Okay?"
For some reason, that was the most firm she's been in her words ever since she entered in the train. It cannot be helped; to a twelve-years-old who only last year found out the magic of cauldron cakes, the matter of candy-sharing was as serious as economy was for adults.
"Oh, and I also didn't bring a lot of money with me, most is just in case an event happens or something. We don't usually spend a lot of money in school. Well, third-years do, but that's because they go to Hogsmead. So unless you managed to trick the school with a falsified permission form or something, you don't have much more use to the money. So don't worry about that."

And sure enough, just as they were talking, the sound of the trolley approached their cabin. Anna suddenly looked up, much like an alarmed animal, when she heard the sound, widening even more her already big eyes. And then, the trolley got to their door, and she took the money she had, lunged towards the trolley (tripping on her own foot along the way), and quickly began to buy a few candies of each she had mention, as well as several liquorice wands and cauldron cakes, ignoring how unsettled the person pushing the trolley may have been. After payment, she dropped all the candies she bought on the table; then, she took a calming breath, sitted down with crossed legs and began to chew on a liquorice wand.
Curiously enough, after furiously jumping to the trolley and taking every candy her current money could buy, her way of eating the wand was rather elegant, or it would be, if she hadn't attacked the cart just a moment ago. Well, can it really be helped? Anna always ate healthy, so of course she'd be a little too frenetic to enjoy the occasion when she got the chance of eating a candy or two. Or three or four. And a few more, of course. No matter how strict she normally kept her diet, it couldn't be helped; she loved candies.
"Which one do you want to try first, Percival?", she asked with a smile.

She watched as Percival took a bite from what appears to be his first liquorice wand. What a joy! He appears to have liked it, and she was the one who suggested he ate that candy. Only now, however, Anna noticed that he appeared to have some hesitance in what he did, asking her if this or that was allowed, what other candy should he eat. Isn't it clear that the answer would be "anything you'd like", as it's the norm for consuming any sweet? Then again, perhaps he was nervous with new experiences and needed a clear set of instructions to feel safe in what he did, like Anna? She, too, preferred to be given details about the tastes of candies she'd eat and if she was too lost, she'd sometimes observe other people eating to feel more stable in the novelty of a completely menial situation. Was that his case, too? It's not like she couldn't tell him something he could eat next, but she didn't know what would be best for him, either.
"I don't know. I have no way of knowing what you like the most," she tilted her head, "but I guess I can help you choose what you want to eat next? The pumpkin pasties taste weird when you first eat it because the pumpkin is kind of sweet and pasty is made to be filled with salty things, but if you don't mind it, you can get used to it. They're not my favorites so I only bought two... Oh! Don't bite too hard, they sometimes turn into stone consistency just before you bite them. Jelly slugs are like gummy worms but longer. I find the tangerine to be sour but the watermelon slug is super sweet. And... I don't know why they decided to put these weird forms into sweets..."
She said this last part somewhat coyly, as if the thought of sweet slugs unsettled her.
"Drooble's best blowing gum... I don't like it. I said that, right? I just bought it so you could taste it. My aunt says it doesn't lose the flavor no matter for how long you chew it, and it doesn't pop if you blow it. I'm not sure how to explain the taste, but to me it's a bit like cucumber."
She clicked her tongue, her eyes darkening almost as much as a twelve-years-old girl with a girly dress who is currently talking about candies could.
"I hate cucumber."
Then she looked down, breaking eye contact for the first time in this conversation. It didn't last long, though, and she soon looked back into Percival's eyes with a thoughtful gaze.
"But it's fine if you like the gum. You could chew it forever!"
The literal idea of someone chewing forever on a gum that tasted like cucumber (to her) was whimsical enough that it made her light up and giggle.
"Weeell? What do you want to try after this?"
Since her rambling ended, she remembered the liquorice wand in her hand, and took another bite of it. She loved sweets.
