Kiss & Tell  Booth   Open 3/4
Emilie blushed deeply as the boy complimented her curls, her fingers subconsciously twirling one in her shyness 'Thank you, you have pretty hair too'. Her eyes were bright and focused on him as he spoke. She wiped her face again as he mentioned her sad eyes and took hesitant steps to the bean bag, but slowly lowered herself between him and the girl. She looked up at the girl, smiling softly, but turned back to the boy and gave a small sigh, maybe from her distress or maybe from the little flutter her 10-year-old heart gave at sitting between the pair.

'I was with some of the big kids, but my shoes got untied'. Her lower lip trembled a little as she pointed to her rainbow shoelaces. 'I have little legs, and I couldn't see over the crowd' she mumbled, keeping her eyes on her shoes. 'I can tie my shoes.' she added quickly, looking back up at his face, as if she was worried he would think she was a baby. 'My gran said I should stay with my group, she said not to wander around on my own while on camp adventures, and now I'm lost'. Her eyes shone with unshed tears, making her already big brown eyes look even bigger and doll-like. A little sigh left her as she finally started to relax, 'I'm supposed to be making friends,' she added with a huff. Friends haven't ever been easy for Emilie, but at camp, it seemed like everyone already had friends, and she mostly spent her time following the groups around.

'Oh look!' like a little kid, her mind wandered off quickly as she put her finger on the shooting star on her overalls, causing the shooting star to move across the front, and the little star twinkled.

Kiss & Tell  Booth   Open 3/4

@Maria Leung de Almeida
Biting? "Must be a vampire bat, huh," Dee muttered, barely conceiled amusement in her eyes. Had she ever been this... dramatic? (Yes, perhaps, although in very different ways.)

The dress was impressive, although Dee's interest immediately waned when told that, apparently, the secret to wearing it was to suffer. Whether that referred to the experience of wearing the dress itself or to the girl's existence in general remained unclear, but either way, Dee decided she could do without. If she couldn't run and dodge spells in it, she didn't need it.

Positioned between herself and Mad, their visitor assumed a rather defensive position. Nervous, it appeared from the touch of pink on her cheeks, and the mumbled request. Adorable, endearing even, although Dee knew better than to say it out loud. She did not want to risk getting bitten, after all. Smiling, Dee slipped her hand into Mad's and winked at him, before she leaned forward to place a kiss high on the little bat's cheekbone, as requested.

She was grinning when she straightened back up, and had another impish wink to spare for their visitor. "Well, I hope that lived up to your lofty expectations. Say, did it hurt?"

Smooth as Finn's entrance into their tent had been, it continued much in the same vein. Dee watched Mad and their visitor perform some sort of hybrid between dance and wrestling before Finn was settled safely back on his feet with all the dignity of a wet rat, and she rolled her eyes at both of them - especially when they teamed up to make fun of her height. Ridiculous. She gave her boyfriend a flat look. "You know that the only thing that makes you taller than me is your ego, right?" The Russian pet name took her half a second to parse, then another moment until she remembered the correct way to adapt it. The "malysh" was tacked on with a grin and a triumphant spark in her eyes.

One might almost think she was holding a grudge from the force of the hot air charm directed at Finn - really, the equivalent of picking him up by the scruff off the neck and shaking him dry - but she grin she directed his way didn't show any such motivation. "Mmm, no," she cheerfully denied the requested warning. "Much more fun this way."

Her eyebrows rose, more so when Finn turned an impressively beet-like shade of red. So Finn probably hadn't kissed anyone before, and been in too much of a hurry to read any of the ample signs that Madhup had so painstakingly set up. "Yes, kiss," she replied, amused, and gestured towards the signs at the entrance - useless, of course, because they were facing the other way. "What do you think we're doing here?"

More pressing, however, was Mad's prognosis of Finn's future. Dee had opened her mouth to comment on just how useless it would be even if Finn tried the punching strategy - seriously, Dee could probably circle the kid's biceps with one hand - but got immediately distracted by Mad's alternative suggestion. The wicked glint in her eyes might have made a lesser man flee when she fixed her gaze on Finn's hair. "Ooooh. Can I?" No guarantees given, she'd never tried to magic hair, beyond temporary colour changing charms. Growing, cutting, dyeing, styling - her options were much broader than that. She'd just never had opportunity or reason to try them out.

Fascinating, Dee thought, how the apparent threat to his life (and his hair) was immediately forgotten when Finn put two and three together and somehow got to the conclusion that Madhup was a Quidditch player. Well, that was it, her boyfriend was going to be insufferable for the rest of the day. "Almost as good a Chaser?" she asked, amused. "Do you even play Quidditch?" If he did, she wouldn't know. Quidditch was a ridiculous sport.
@Emilie Towers
Dee wasn't quite sure what she'd hoped for while setting up this kissing booth - it had seemed like a funny idea, and then it had run away with him - but it hadn't disappointed so far, inviting a steady stream of entertainment in through the open side of their cabana. The next came in form of a young girl - an upcoming first year if Dee had to guess - with tears in her eyes and panic in her expression. Dee sat up from where she'd been lounging lazily, then started giggling uncontrollably when the girl, apparently struck enough by Madhup's appearance that the cause of her tears was immediately forgotten, pronounced him pretty with the genuine awe only children possessed. Then immediately turned bright red.

"You just said something mushy, didn't you," she asked in response to the string of Russian that she didn't even try to follow. Easier to just sit back and watch as Mad started fawning over their newest visitor. It was returned by a compliment for Mad's hair, and at that point, at the very latest, Dee knew he was lost - and she could see the girl growing attached to him by the second. (Cute.)

She frowned when the girl talked about getting lost and losing her group - were there any events in groups, or was she talking about a group of kids her grandmother had told her to stay with? "Hey, what's your name?" she asked, nudging the girl with a friendly smile, ever goal-oriented. "And what are the other kids called? Maybe we can help you find them?"
