Muriel quietly exhaled the breath she didn’t even know she was holding as the question was dropped and the other girl was invited inside. She got up the courage to look up from her feet again and at the window instead, which was a huge mistake. They were going so fast! The scenery outside flew by faster than a video on fast-forwards, causing her to feel dizzy and quickly look away again. Instead, she glanced at all the remaining people left in the compartment, which included Landon, his sister, the girl that was just invited, and herself. So a total of 4... that wasn’t so bad.

Soon however, everything got really quiet. Muriel didn’t really mind and was thinking of taking out a book to read, until Landon offered up the idea to get everyone to know each other better. Perhaps it would be smart to start learning about the people you’ll probably see for the rest of the year, Muriel thought to herself as Beaux brought up an array of games to play to pass the time. Unfortunately, she had no idea how to play any of the games mentioned; she’d never even heard of them. Yet at the same time, she knew the ride was going to be a long one, so learning how to play a game seemed to indeed be a good idea to pass the time.

“Umm... I guess I’d like to, if you can explain how to play first...” She finally replied, hoping she didn't appear lame or weird.

It was crazy. The past few weeks and even years. Abby ran quickly into the wall. She hoped that this was the right way. Hoping to not make a fool out of herself. Even though she was really early she hoped to make new friends on the train. Looking at her long list of things to do while at hogwarts. Meet a friend. Learn how to take care of magical creatures and most of all how to take care of the wizarding worlds plants.
She sat down waiting for someone to just sit with her. She had never really had a friend and was dying to met someone like her. A knock and a little face in the window. "can I sit here?"
A girl the same age. Brown hair, curly.
"It doesn't bother me" She quickly replied.
Thoughts going into her head. "What should we talk about should we talk about weather, or maybe food, or I know hogwarts."
She was just about to talk about hogwarts when,
"anything from the trolly dear"
Of course the peculiar girl pulled out a couple Gallons.
"Two licorice wands please."
"Right you go deary."
She didn't know she was supposed to bring money on the train in her pocket. All she had was a couple pounds. Finally the silence was killing her. So she was just about to talk to the girl when the train jumped to a stop.
