Theres nothing worse than awkward conversations R

The blonde hoped that whatever was troubling him would be put right soon. In the past, he might have opened up to his friends about what was going on but Dymphna figured that the Campout had changed him in some ways. Of course, she didn't press about that either, only knowing what went on from the papers, rumors around school and some of what Serena had told her. If he wanted to talk about it, she would gladly listen but he would have to make the first move.

It wouldn't do to make one of her closest friends uncomfortable. Dymphna didn't want to press too much, to make him avoid her and the conversation. Who would she study with then? She looked forward to their time together, sharing snacks and going over the latest assignments. So as much as the blonde wanted to, she didn't follow after him. "See you," she called as he left the owlery.

Now what? Dymphna turned to Delilah with a sigh. "Sorry, maybe next time you can give it to him." There was no use hanging around in the owlery any longer. "I heard we're having salmon tonight. C'mon, let's go before they eat it all." Dymph suspected that Delilah wouldn't feel like eating. She certainly didn't but what else were they supposed to do? Maybe it would help the strange feeling in the pit of her stomach. A little sulkily, they headed off towards the Great Hall.
