XXXHikari didn't seem very enthusiastic about it, leaning away as Akari practically jumped up and down. He forced himself to stand still, taking a deep breath. He had to remember that not everyone liked everything like he did. Perhaps this subject was a sore spot for Hikari? He took a respectful step back, noticing he might be a little too close. "Sorry about that," Akari apologized, bowing. "I might have overreacted a little bit."

XXXHe nodded thoughtfully as he listened along, committing the information to memory. Akari almost offered to help him with controlling his powers, only to remember that he had no way of doing that. Aw man. If I was a Metamorphagus, maybe I could have helped! Or maybe it would be worse for me because my emotions can be all over the place? He almost asked if being a Metamorphagus was a mutation, only to remember that that was almost definitely an offensive question and you should probably never ask if anything about someone was a mutation.

XXXAkari glanced up at the sun, noting its changed position in the sky. It had been some time since classes had ended, and he had no idea how long they had been standing there. There were also clouds approaching on the horizon. The air wasn't very humid, so he supposed it probably wouldn't rain, but soon the sky would be covered in an expanse of white.

XXX"Well," he hummed with a sigh. "Time's ticking... I'll see you later at the dormitory, Fujimoto-san!" He beamed, hoisting his bag more securely on his shoulder. "Bye-bye!" Akari headed back into the building. Maybe he could actually do his homework early today?
