Invitation and Persuasion
Gideon always won. Some victories were harder earned than others, but in the end it would always swing in Gideon's favor.
Taylor threatened to blame him if thigs went wrong. That was about as threatening as her manicured nails, a bit of scratch is just a part of the fun. No real threat. No real harm.
“You always do.” He answered, offering her the crook of his arm as if to say 'onward m'lady.'
And she would take it. Her small hand clasped around his velvet jacket. She did not shake, she did not shy away from him, she did not know to fear him. She did not hate him and she would love him.
“Pastries first,” Taylor demanded. Her insatiable sweet tooth, how was he the glutton here? “Then nonsense.”
Gideon’s smirk turned triumphant. “Then nonsense.” He echoed.
Together they would leave the palacial halls overlooking the gardens and make their way to this arrival tea party that had attracted so many. He planned to make his stay brief, he just wanted to see what mischief was afoot before he meandered about this school to find his own fun.
With so many cabins unattended, this would be a fine opportunity to learn secrets, undermine his enemies or just have a bit of fun.
