Departures Into The Unknown
Her smile grows as Cassandra accepts, leaning forward so she doesn't have to reach too far for it.
"Oh, no need to thank me! You can have more, if you'd like. I like the chocolate ones best, I am convinced they're the best treat there is," she proclaims with a smirk, picking up one of said cookies, holding it between her lips as she places the lid on the table between them, sliding the box into it, "but then again, I might be a wee bit biased."
She adds, taking a bite of her cookie, proceeding to exaggeratedly sigh in contentment, giggling about it right afterward. After swallowing she opened her mouth again, as if to say something else - probably another question or a praise for her mom's baking - the sliding of their compartment's doors interupting her.
Her brows quirk up, head tilted once more as she regards the girl standing in said doorway. She had red hair, like Cassandra, but was visibly taller, her eyes a lovely shade of blue, the shade of a sky on a hot summer morning. Her smile still present, she practically bounced in place, leaning forward, dangerously close to falling over, offering the girl a handshake.
"Yeah, of course, we have a free spot! I am Sabrina, Sabrina Lyons, Brie for short." She introduces herself in the exact same manner she had with Cassandra, who she'd probably introduce too, if she wasn't so thrilled to meet yet another potentional friend.

Departures Into The Unknown
Cassandra carefully took one of the cookies from the tin, remembering to smile slightly in thanks to Sabrina. She leaned back in her seat and took a small bite from the cookie, she had apparently picked one of the coconut ones. Not that she minded of course, she actually quite liked coconut so she was fairly happy. Of course, she had never particularly been picky when it came to cookies so she probably would have been happy with any flavor.Word Count: 270
She watched as Sabrina bit into one of the cookies and gave a rather exaggerated reaction as far as she was concerned but she had to admit they were very good cookies. She took another bite just as she heard the compartment door slide open and a young voice as if she could join them.
She turned her head to look at the girl now standing in front of them. She was young, most likely a first year like her and Sabrina were. She was on the taller side, although everyone was generally taller than Cassandra, with red hair and a pair of rather pretty sky blue eyes.
Before Cassandra could respond to the girl though, Sabrina had practically leapt to introduce herself and invite the girl in. She was pretty sure she couldn't match the excited girl's energy but she figured it would be rude to not also introduce herself. "I'm Cassandra, Cassandra Hartwin," she said quietly, giving a small polite wave in the girl's direction. She would have also offered her hand to shake however she figured Sabrina would do enough handshaking for the both of them.
