Water Race
The first event ended smoothly, each racer able to tag their teammate without massively failing.
The second part of the race required racers to fill a bucket with holes in it with water and race to their teammate.
"Now that Basil has tagged his teammate, it's now Minnie Duke racing for Team One! She's doing a nice job maintaining the position Basil secured them! The question is: will her team be able to catch the leaders?" Minnie held strong to second place, but her team might be able to catch them seeing as they weren't far away from the leaders.
"For Team Two, it's Xiomara Torres, an incoming first year! And she's appearing to be staying in the same spot her team was last time: fifth place. She isn't far behind those in front of her, and has the ability to catch them!" Xiomara was right behind Four and Five, and whoever was after her might have been able to catch them.
"Team Three's racer, Aurélie Nathalie Duval- I know I ruined your name and I apologize- has taken the lead! The other teams aren't far behind her, but she has grabbed first place! That will set her up to tag her teammate first and get her team a bit of an advantage!"
"Team Four has Rose Wemberly racing for them, and she's tied them for third place! This is a bit of a slip from where Team Four was during the last event, but she still has them towards the lead!" Team Four was tied with Team Five for third place, setting both teams up to gain or lose.
"Miles Thatcher for Team Five has managed to bring his team up from sixth place, and up to tying for third! Can the team hold that position, or slip back down to where they were before?" Sage was familiar with Miles, remembering him from that day Kent. But right now she was leading a race, not focusing on the past.
"Mari Alves is racing for Team Six! She's lined them up in sixth place, hopefully teammates after he will be able to get closer to the lead than they are now!"
"And it'll be Aurélie to tag her teammate first, followed by Minnie, Rose and Miles, Xiomara, and Mari!"

Water Race
The water sports were something I loved. I still do.
Swimming, water games, water balloon fights and all. They were pure nostalgia.
But now the nerves were getting to me. I get tagged to be next, knowing very well the pressure on my shoulders, and start off. The bucket in my hands was heavy, filled with multi-colored water balloons. The targets spread around me, at a considerable distance. I had already judged the area around me for the targets and considered the best and fastest route in the back of my head. But this is reality now. I had to be up to my game.
I always had a knack of good aim and focus, but the nerves are getting me. Tossing the balloons at the target, I keep moving forward. The strain in my hand reducing, as the balloons keep getting used up. The slippery texture was hard to get a grip on when in a hurry, so I had to be careful when I pick it up. The years of water balloon fight experience is coming handy now.
The last two players, Lorelei and Mari have done their best during this cut throat match, and I had to catch up. The race was cut-throat. I am quite fast a runner, being dainty as it is. Yet I hope, that I make this round through and pass the next team-mate at a faster rate.

─────Watching Minnie dash towards him he bounced up and down on the spot waiting for her to arrive and tag him. They were in second place now and he was prepared to work as fast as possible on the task he had been assigned to ensure his team could slip into first place. Minnie arrived with her bucket and Eli immediately sprinted to the water balloons as soon as their hands touched, heart pounding with anticipation.
Reaching down to heave the bucket into his arms Eli took off running, attempting to run fast while also not letting the bucket fall from his grasp. He had always been a fan of water balloon fights as a child, a sunny memory came to him of a birthday party as a child, he wasn't sure which one but he remembered wielding a water gun as he laughed, throwing his water balloon grenades at anyone who dared to get too close. This was just like that.
He kept tossing the slippery orbs, his running getting faster as the amount of balloons in his bucket kept decreasing. Eli had settled into a rhythm, grab, throw, grab, throw. He didn't look back at where they were landing, that would only make him break his stride. Eventually the bucket was empty and he quickly dumped it behind him, breaking into a sprint for the last part of the track and reaching out his hand for a high-five to his next teammate.

 •☽༻¨:·. ──── ₊☽◯☾₊ ──── .·:¨༺☾• The afternoon was beautiful and for once the snowfall was gone. In its place was what summer SHOULD have been like. It was time for the highly anticipated summer Water Race that had been created to be a relay amongst members of the same team against those of other teams. Tone couldn't wait for it to start! He was going to be the third member of his team. Tone got into his position to wait for Xiomara to finish her task of bucket filling. Once she was done, he would get started on the water balloon toss. It seemed as if this event would focus more on accuracy which Tone had great confidence in. At least for this 1. He'd been practicing his accuracy lately and knew he'd grown in skill over the past few months. Hopefully, this would give him an advantage in the race. After the race started, Tone watched with the others as all the members went crazy trying to pull ahead of other teams. Some succeeded and others began to fail. It didn't seem as if his team was doing that well, as they were currently in fifth place. But at least they weren't in last place! When it came to Xiomara, Tone wondered if she was going to be able to do what the others hadn't been able to. Pull ahead of fifth place. But it seemed as if she wasn't doing that great with her task, compared to most of the others. Still, as she finally managed to make her way over towards him, to tag him, Tone gave her a smile. "Don't worry about it!" He said, optimistically. Just in case there was an apologetic look on her face, Tone wanted to inspire his teammates regardless of how they were doing at the time. "Fifth place isn't exactly where we want to be but look at the bright side! At least we're not in the last place! Good job at keeping our place! I'll try and get us to at least fourth place this time!" He said raising his hand up to her. To make a fist in the air, signaling victory of some kind and promptly got started with his own task. Picking up a water balloon he threw it at the target before him. Tone continuously threw water balloons at the target until there were none left. Hopefully, he'd be able to take his team to fourth place and make some progress for Team 2. Water Race
EmmaLee bounced on her toes in excitement as she watched Kaya and then Miles do their portions of the race. While Kaya seemed to struggle with running through the pool of water, which was alright, Miles more than made up for it by filling his bucket up like a pro. Though she would always be competitive, never doubting her want to win, she was also always fine to just have a good time with her friends, especially since this was the last major event of the summer that she was participating in, aside from a gift exchange.
EmmaLee had done a pretty good job of lobbing water balloons during the Battle of the Seasons earlier this summer, so she was pretty confident about being able to do this task well and with speed. Hopefully, enough speed to at minimum keep the position that Miles had earned them

She shouted as she turned from him and started throwing her water balloons at her target. Once she was done, it was up to Amber to keep up their momentum.

Water Race
"The second event is over! All teammates have been tagged!" Sage shouted. "The field has evened, and one move could change this entire game!"
All the racers weren't far away from each other. Everyone definitely had their head in the game.
"Over in lane 1, racing for Team 1, is Eli Milner! His team's dropped from 2nd place, and down to tie for fourth with Team 3! For the sake of his team, he better pull through on this event!" Team 1 had been hanging onto second place for both events before the current one. Now they had dropped back, leaving the weight of the round on Eli's shoulders.
"Whoa! Team 2 has gotten a huge lead! Hiro ‘Tone’ Bakugo is racing out ahead of everyone else! He's gotten a huge lead for his team, putting them in 1st place! That's going to be a huge advantage for his team!" Team 2 had mostly been riding in the back of the pack for the game, but Tone might have gotten his team a great position for the next event.
"Out for Team 3 is Atticus Drake! They've dropped from the podium, but are tied for 4th place with Team 1! Who will pull ahead first?" Ties had been seen in this game, and someone usually managed to fly out ahead. They'd have to wait and see how Team 1 and Team 4's tie would line them up.
"Danielle Alden is representing Team 4! Most of you will notice that Danielle, once she gets there, will continue onto the next event without pausing. There's nothing to worry about, that team's just got one less person! But right now, Danielle is in 3rd place, a good spot to have her team!" Maintaining the high positions in the game, Team 4 looked to be in a good spot. But that could change at any point.
"None other than EmmaLee LeDames is racing for Team 5! Despite a wonderful performance from Miles, the team is back in 6th place. Maybe soon they'll catch up! EmmaLee is quite a ways back, but who knows, she might have a shot at catching the others!"
"Shubhangi Kanjilal, a name I am so sorry if I mispronounce, is representing Team 6! Whatever she's doing must be working, because Team 6 is now in 2nd place! They've certainly moved up from where they've been the last rounds!"
"Tone is to the end first! Shubhangi is right after him, followed by Danielle, Eli and Atticus, and EmmaLee!"

Water Race
Team Members: Haime Yoon, Xiomara Torres, Hiro "Tone" Bakugo, Dorion Anderson, Septimus Merrill, Jamie Carville.
It was a bright and sunny mid-afternoon and oh what a perfect day for a water race. The gods of the sky had graced them with pleasantly warm weather that reminded little Lemmy of many a summer day spent back home on the coastline of Wales. Though the hint of salt in the air was missing, the way the warm sun rays kissed his cheeks left him feeling right at home. He entered the race area with a sense of confidence not always found among boys his age, but competition was something he had always enjoyed. Win or lose this was to be an epic battle of strength, endurance and accuracy. He may not be all of those things, but the little goblin would give it is all.
Lemmy cheered, clapped and shouted words of encouragement as his teammates did their best to complete the tasks which they were assigned. His team got off to a slow start, but that did nothing to dim his spirits. Slow and steady his Grandpa Larluff always said. Haime would battle through the standing waters and then his new pal Xiomara took her turn trying to fill up a bucket with holes in it. What a dastardly challenge that was, but she too would prevail. Then came Tone's turn to chuck some water balloons and my goodness what an arm they had! The excitement had Lemmy jumping with joy until he realized that it was now his turn! His little legs scurried as fast as they could go as he took the boogie board and ran it out into the water.

Water Race
The longer someone waits, the more they feel nervous. Colby did not enter the race until much later, watching her teammates work hard for the win. While some had messed up or were successful, Colby wondered where she would be. Would she be able to balance on the boogie board, or would she fall face-down on the ground?
Holding her boogie board, Colby swallowed whatever spit had accumulated in her mouth. This was it. Never had she boogie boarded before. Although her mother was a muggle-born, she had never seen or heard of a boogie board before until now. And here she was... supposed to balance on it with ease. It was now time for her round to start. Colby saw the small little person next to her begin running.
Here goes nothing, she thought as she took a deep breath and ran into the water. She was running as fast as she could, catching up to the small little person next to her, who looked vaguely familiar from the ice skating rink days ago. Once she had gotten into the water, Colby placed the board down and gave it all her might to do what she needed to do. Who knows? Maybe her balance is better than expected? Only time could tell.
Later added (9/19): Once she was done, she made her way towards her team, unsure of how well she did. She should stay for the others, but she felt like she had done her part in the water race. Colby left the boogie board and walked over to her tent to rest.

Water Race
"Another strong start into the fourth event!" Sage wasn't having to yell as much seeing as they were already halfway through the race and the racers were getting closer to her.
"Team One is now represented by Colby Vidler- whose name for some reason makes me think of cheese. This time, they're a bit further back then they were last round, but that doesn't mean they can't catch up!" Colby wasn't far behind the other teams. One push of adrenaline could get her in front of them.
"Over in the second lane for Team Two is Lemmy LaRue. Thankfully this event he won't be able to throw a water balloon at me like he did in the Battle of the Seasons. He's doing very well for his team- he's gotten them tied for second place!" They were only one step down from where Team Two was last round, but the race wasn't over yet.
"Natalie Anderson for Team Three has taken off! This is a big difference from where her team was last event! She's got a strong lead which could make all the difference for her team in the next few events!"
"Team Four, like last round, has Danielle Alden out for them! She's tied in second with Team Two! Team Four has been doing very well in this race, but can they keep it up?"
"A girl with a very long name- Amber Frost Hart- is racing for Team Five! She's tied them for third. Team Five is definitely trying to get in this race!" They were a step up from where they had been for the last few rounds. If they kept it up, they might not finish in dead last.
"And Team Six has Laurie Holmes! They're tied in third place with Team Five! Team Six has been doing good in these last few rounds! We'll see if they keep it up!"
And it's going to be Natalie Anderson to the finish first, followed by Lemmy and Danielle, Amber and Laurie, and Colby!"

Water Race
Team Members: Haime Yoon, Xiomara Torres, Hiro "Tone" Bakugo, Dorion Anderson, Septimus Merrill, Jamie Carville.
With a boogey board held high over head in both hands the little Goblin took off towards the water. Soon enough he would be knee deep and in a slick move Lemmy would throw the board in front of himself and then dive on top of it. This was not his first rodeo, whatever the hell those were! Growing up on the coast had paid off in this challenge. Though he was not the strongest boy here today, Lemmy did have a well trained balance that served him well in water sports.
With all his little bits of might he pushed himself up on the board. His knees would shake and his arms would spin around wildly, but the lad held on and soon enough found his center of gravity. Lemmy didn't do it the fastest, but he let out a whoop of excitement as he passed that leg of the race. For a moment he would think his part of the challenge over, but the announcer called to him again as one of his teammates had to drop out. "Let's go!!" He threw a fist in the air before swimming off to the next part.
As he approached the next phase Lemmy would spot a piñata for each team to take down. Yikes! His throwing arm was not strong at all, but perhaps he could rely on his accuracy. When the host of the event gave the go, Lemmy would do his best to take the ornament down!
