French English Thoughts

As no one had told her that the bed wasn't occupied Jamie made her way over to it and put her bag on the bed. As she started to unpack her things she listened to the others having conversations, introducing themselves to one another and just making small talk, to be honest Jamie didn't really see the point in it. Yes they were going to spend the next few weeks together, but as long as they were cordial to each other it would be fine. She didn't really have anything she needed from them at the moment, and if they thought her rude due to that fact she could always claim that she was very tired and apologise for having had a long journey before getting to the stadium, she did have to come all the way from France to get here so Jamie didn't think it was unreasonable to be a bit grumpy.

Feeling her stomach growl a bit she put away the last few bits of clothing, hoping that the ice that covered the entirety of the tent wouldn't melt and ruin her clothes, she hated wet clothes, although she did suspect that there would be magic in place to prevent such things from happening.

As another girl, someone from Hogwarts apparently, entered the door Jamie found it to become a bit crowded and as such she thought getting food would be a good excuse to get out and look at everything. So as the new girl asked some questions Jamie thought it was the perfect way to get out.

"Hi by the way! I'm Jamie. Speaking of activities I'm really quite hungry after the long day and I saw some really good food out on the table. So I might head out and get something to eat. It was really nice to meet you all and I hope we'll get along well!" She said, walking over towards the entrance of the tent.
