- Mystery In The Halls -
So the blond girls name was Ruby. Good to know, since it looked like they were in for a long and boring read together. Ugh, books were the worst. Still, they were willing to put up with it to solve this mystery. Thankfully though, Victoria found the potion in question before they even had to open a book. She was sure fast. What she had found though, was worrying for sure. The dizziness draught was a plot all on its own, but what really had Cass worried is what would happen while whoever took the potion was dizzy. It wouldn't be hard to get them into a tough spot while they were dizzy. And it was definitely Victoria the writer was talking about.
While she could just be extra careful watching what she ate or drunk, she couldn't do that forever. The best solution here was for them to help her catch the culprit, so that whoever it was didn't have a chance to brew the thing. Confronting Margret was certainly one way of solving this, but they were yet to decided whether it was the best way. If she was determined enough to consider brewing a potion to get back at Victoria, she may not just stop if she was told to. Maybe if they threatened to present the evidence to the teacher? But even so, she could just lie and say that she would stop, but then do it anyway while they weren't watching.
They looked up, train of thought interrupted by Ruby's words. "Why would we need to brew the thing?" they said. Seemed like a bit of a random idea. Abandoned toilets? They guessed it was an out of the way place to brainstorm ideas. Kind of dirty and disgusting though. Which could serve as their cover! They jumped up, ready to follow the others out.

OOC notes: Are we planning to close this thread up and do another one in the abandoned toilets?
