I’ll join! Can the writing be from the past/posted offsite/ entered into other contests off site? Or does it have to be brand new? Also does it have to be fiction or can it be nonfiction too?

Also, I have a "bookstore" In OOC character shops, I just finished writing a book about the History of the Hogwarts Express (nonfiction) It's about 400-ish words. Can I submit that or do I write something new?
