Zach's face became more redden after hearing that from Harley. He chuckled awkwardly and tried to shake off his embarrassment. "Uh... Yeah... I mean, no..." Zach reached the next level of awkwardness and embarrassment. It was actually not that embarrassing but Zach was surprised by his own narcissistic remark. He had to think of something so the atmosphere wouldn't become more awkward for him. "Anyways, your drawing is so cool." And the Ravenclaw gave two thumbs up to the Hufflepuff.

Problems could be solved later. The important thing was the Hufflepuff boy seemed to like his idea. Zach smiled warmly at him and wondered when he would be able to give the boy the picture. Later, he would search for some things about photography in the Library or ask some people if they knew how to print the photo from the film. The boy looked at the lake, savouring every gust of autumn wind that caressed his skin.

He also learnt one thing about Harley. He was a half-blood. Zach nodded and replied, "My parents are not wizards so... I am the only one in the family," he said. He didn't hear anything about his siblings having any first instance of magic so he assumed he was the only one. Oh well, he missed his mom and siblings now. What an emotion.

Curse of no music. Zach chuckled when he heard that. He related to it so much. The curse of having nothing to do made him want to go home sometimes in the past. But now, the boy had more things to do in this school. "Yeah! Who doesn't like music? Must be a no-fun person." Zach giggled. His eyes squinted behind his glasses to the shape of a fox's eyes when he showed a happy emotion.

The sun started to hide inside the lake and turned the yellow sky to be more orange. "The sky is very pretty." This amateur then took a picture with his camera. One thing for sure, he enjoyed his time taking pictures. Whether the result could be clearly seen or not, it was his next problem. "Well. I think we should go back to the castle. Have you finished your business here?"

Great Lake

Harley beamed a bright grin at the compliment— "Thanks!" He tried his best not to giggle at Zach's obvious awkwardness; his cheeks looking like they were about to morph into a ripe tomato. Heck, maybe they were about to. Honestly, who could've guessed at this point— anything seemed to be possible for wizards. The thought did give the young Hufflepuff a nice chuckle regardless.

The whole "muggle-born" thing still eluded him though. Sure it made sense that he inherited magic, even if his mum left ages ago, but when it came to ordinary people being born with magic? That was weird. How did that even work? Especially when not all siblings got it... or did they all get it? Well, whatever the case he'd hold his questions for another time not wanting to pry too much into Zach's personal life so soon.

However, it was comforting to know that he felt the same way about music as Harley did. "Bunch'a nutters, they are," he giggled along, wholeheartedly agreeing with Zach as his gaze turned to admire the sunset over the lake. "It is lovely, yeah." Harley smiled as his newfound buddy snapped a picture of the sun retreating behind the horizon, a sign it was probably time for them to go back inside before nightfall.

Dusting himself off, the young Hufflepuff stiffly rose from his not-so-comfortable spot at the base of the tree making a mental note to pick a bench next time... at least then he'd avoid the pins and needles in his legs. "Mhm, after you mate," he gestured for Zach to lead the way after he had packed his things in his backpack, making sure he had everything.
