I grinned when she said she hadn't seen a microwave before. I pointed to the microwave in the kitchen. It was grey box with a bunch of buttons on it.
"This is a microwave!" I said. "You open it by pressing this black button thing here." I showed her. "You then put food in it so you can heat it up. And then you press the number buttons for how long you want to heat up your food." I explained. "Basically a microwave is a tool that helps you heat up food when it is cool." I smiled.
Then, I remembered something. I forgot the friendship bracelets! I grabbed them off of the shelf and handed them to her. I smiled when she said thank you. "Yeah, I made them earlier today! It's a tradition that a lot of muggles use. So I thought we could maybe do it too!" I said shyly.
"Oooooohhh! You should teach me to make cakes! I like to bake as well but I rarely get the time to do it!" I grinned.
I couldn't believe what a day I was having. First, friends and cupcakes and maybe later even baking?! This was so exciting! I couldn't wait for the rest of the days to come.

I grinned glad that Linda liked the friendship bracelets. "Yes, I love necklaces! Matching jewelry is the best!" I said happy.
I was glad that Linda had agreed to baking. I was excited to learn some more. It was amazing. So, what was next? Now that we had both finished our cupcakes maybe we could play a game before dinner.
"Do you want to play a game? There's this really cool game called UNO, that I really love playing!" I said.
I put the cupcakes and plates away in the garbage and sink. Then I motioned her towards the living room and set out the UNO cards. I dealt seven for each of us and put one in the middle. "The goal is to get rid of all of your cards. Here is the list of what all the cards do and you can read it." I said motioning to the instructions sheet.
I picked my cards and grinned. I loved UNO, and I especially loved UNO with friends. Once Linda read the instructions really quick we began to play. Overall, it was tons of fun.
Then, we had dinner which was pasta and it was really delicious. We then went to bed, but it was very hard for me to sleep. I was excited. Excited because I didn't want to miss any time spent with my bestie. Eventually, I fell asleep waiting for tomorrow's fun.

The next day came quicker than I expected. Today, I had planned for us to do some baking in the morning and then we would go swimming maybe in the pool in our backyard. Take it a bit chill today because tomorrow I had planned for us to go the medieval Guildford castle and do some sightseeing. I had the whole week planned out for us until we went to Greece.
This was going to be the best month of my life. I got up, changed into some clothes and went down for breakfast which was already made for us. There was a note that said, 'Have fun you two!" on it, likely from my mother. My father was home for now and so were my grandparents. But my mother had gone to work.
I waited for Linda to get up excited. I took out some baking materials so we could start right after we finished breakfast. I made a mini shopping list after looking in the fridge but I would wait for Linda to wake up before I ate and finished the shopping list.
I didn't want to wake her up as she was probably tired. Or maybe she was still getting ready, Reyna was not exactly sure. One thing she was sure of was that she was excited.

I waited a few more minutes until I heard foot steps. It was Linda. “Morning! Yes, I did sleep, but I woke up early, haha!” I replied, “And yes breakfast first and then I was thinking we could bake? But we’d first have to decide what, make a list and go shopping before we could start.” I replied.
I passed her the breakfast that my mom had left for us. It was just the right temperature, not too hot or cold anymore. I began to eat excited to get the day started. As we are, we talked,
“Ooh, photos could be so cool! And we should totally make an album of all of our photos with captions of our adventures. That would be awesome. In the afternoon we should totally start, I think I have a photo album we could use.” I exclaimed.
Linda’s offers were great. I was excited already. “So what do you want to bake? From there we can make a list.” I asked. I showed her the mini list. It was for some cupcakes and cookies. I wasn’t sure what else we could make though. It would be really cool to make them best friend themed though.
But I waited for Linda to respond first with her ideas before I said anything more.

I smiled, glad that Linda liked my idea. "Yes, I love chocolate! We have to use it in our baking!!"
I finished off the list of stuff. We gobbled our breakfast down and I showed the list. "I was thinking we could make cookies, and cake or cupcakes! What do you think?" I asked.
I smiled at Linda about the album. "Yup! It will be perfect!!!" I grinned.
"I do have muggle money and I'll take you to the store! But we have to blend in, so I'll do most of the talking!" I replied. "And if you agree to do cake and cookies, here's the list!"

Cookies: (chocolate chip, m&m cookies)

"Does it look good?" I asked. I wasn't the expert but after some reading and help from my parents I had come up with this.
"Hmmm... a theme, I'm not sure. Well we could do the decorations special with some frosting? Maybe red and yellow and orange to represent our friendship??" I asked. "Do you have ideas?"
This was already sounding so fun. I was so excited. This was really going to be an adventure of its own kind.
They had finished eating so I put the plates away and grabbed some muggle money. If Linda agreed we would go. Otherwise we would revise and then go. No matter, it would be great!
