Zach was hoping that they would not face any problems when they were inside. He entered the book fort with the other boy and found another boy sitting in a corner of the fort, showing a mischievous smile. He seemed older than the two. His hair was red with blonde and brown highlights. Zach was impressed with the first time impression. It was so cool to see an an animagus except for the fact that he was almost made them caught by the librarian for his whining noise. The boy also praised Zach for his right guess. Zach just could gave an awkward smile because he could not stand any praise toward him. He introduced himself as Jack Burnett.

The younger Ravenclaw boy introduced himself as Knox Knoles. He stuck his hand for a handshake and Zach immediately reached and shook it. "Name is Zach, Zach Zaphiere," said Zach with a smile on his face. "I'm also Ravenclaw and now in Second Year. I saw you in the common room sometimes, Knox" Zach added and said his last sentence toward Knox. He could not help but saw the inside of the fort again. There were so many books there. He heard the questions from Jack and Knox answered. Zach somewhat could understand Knox because he was also like that.

"As for me, I mainly read healing magic books even though..." he stopped for a second, "I could not understand it some of it. But I just like reading it," he said. "I also enjoy wizards' fairy tales. I know one or two of it." Zach walked closer to the two and continued, "And no. I do not have any plan when enrolling here. I was supposed to prepare for my studies to become a doctor or nurse but my first instance of magic happened so yeah," he said and scratching the back of his head. "It's actually mainly because of my muggle healthcare family but that made my dream," Zach realized why he said all those things. He was becoming more chatty that day.

"Anyway, you sure could do this here? I mean, stacking the books? The house elves here are very scary though. I think they would be mad seeing this," Zach said to cover his story, hoping that the two boys in front of him forgot what he just said.

Jack listened attentively as the boy called Knox introduced himself first, nodding in acknowledgement. He was glad to hear someone else shared his love of history books as he found that most students found the subject of history to be boring. He shook Knox's hand when it was offered, smiling and thinking the Ravenclaw to be a rather formal and polite sort despite being so young. It was an interesting combination. When Knox laughed, Jack's smile grew broader, happy to hear the first year wasn't above laughter.

"That's a great goal! I hope you get to experience that too, Knoles. Well, the good parts, at least; Hogwarts can hide some pretty nasty surprises too, I'll warn you. Like at the balls. Something always goes wrong at the balls. But not more than you'll be able to handle, I'm sure," he added quickly, putting up his palms. He didn't want to make the other boys nervous. "Oh, and I hope you won't mind me calling you by your last names. First names seem a little too...intimate to me. But if you prefer me to call you by your first name, let me know and I'll do it."

Next, the boy with the awkward smile at being praised introduced himself. It seemed Zach was another Ravenclaw who had seen Knox around before and that made sense since they were in the same house. Zach was evidently a second year which explained why he might have known about animagi when Knox did not.

Zach then proceeded to answer Jack's questions himself, explaining that he mainly read books on healing magic which surprised and amazed Jack, especially when he said he couldn't understand some of it but he liked reading it anyway. "That's really cool that you like reading things even if you can't understand them. I'm sure it'll make you that much closer to understanding them when you learn about them in the future. But I guess that sort of intelligence is to be expected of you eagles, isn't it?" he chuckled. "And yeah, wizards' fairy tales are great! Do you have a favorite from the ones you've read?"

He laughed when Zach said he had been supposed to be preparing for his studies to become a doctor or a nurse when his first instance of magic happened. "That must have been quite a surprise," Jack commented, amused. "It's nice that you can still study to do essentially the same thing as a wizard, though - just with different methods and techniques."

"Hmm?" He blinked when Zach asked him about his fort. "Oh, don't worry. I check out these history books so often, I already know where they all go back, so I just put them back before I leave the library and the house elves and librarian are fine with it. At least I think they are. I haven't gotten into trouble about it yet," he answered with a sheepish smile and a finger to his lips. "If we get into any trouble, though, you two can just blame it all on me. I'm the one who brought you hear after all."

Clapping his hand together once, he asked, "So Knoles, Zaphiere - what were your first instances of magic before coming here, if you don't mind me asking? I'm curious."
